About me
Been a steady GM for the past year and some change, ran a few different campaigns and one shots and am currently running RotF. I enjoy it and put a lot of extra time and effort into my sessions. I use Fantasy Grounds Unity as my VTT along with Syrinscape and discord for music and speech. I look forward to meeting you and seeing if I'd be the right fit for you and your adventures. I plan to start running more adventures soon.
GM Style
I enjoy a healthy balance of role play and combat. I homebrew my characters backstories into the campaign. I do a pretty good job with voices. I like to make each battle balanced while still bringing an intense experience. I use VTT maps for combat and certain town scenarios. I am fair, I know the rules and if something is unclear I am happy to look it up. I enjoy the rule of cool and ultimately want each one of you to truly enjoy your experience. I will spend time with you to teach you how to use the tools I use so you can have the best experience possible.

DJ is a great DM, I have had the great pleasure of being in one of his games (Go Rime crew!). DJ has not only wove a wonderful and at times heart-wrenching tale, allowing our band of heroes to experience the horrors and hopelessness of Ten Towns. His skill with Fantasy Grounds allows him to add alot of fun and useful features as well. If your looking for a great and tested DM, then DJ is the guy to have. -Joe Christensen

Been playing Rime of the frost maiden with this guy as GM for a while now and it's been awesome. Good balancing of RP exploration and combat. His rulings are fair and he goes with the flow. Just last session he made me feel emotions... that bastard! I would 100% recommend!

This guy is a monster! He loves killing players off in creative and horrific ways! Seriously though, I highly recommend him as a DM. Quick thinking and thorough. His sessions are also well planned out. You won't regret joining one of his games.

Well rounded DM. Takes his work seriously and comes prepared to every session. Does a good job at balancing time between roleplay and combat and gives players their time to shine. Very open to suggestions and improvements as well as creative thinking and ideas in combat or rp. Does mostly good job at balancing combats and having unique encounters, such as, different boss abilities or mechanics that happen and the players have to find out how to counter it. Only issues i've had so far are that he occasionally has non-combat encounters play out too long and players become less interested. Absolutely recommend the dm for the price he's charging and quality he's providing.

Great and fair DM, helps with backstory and character creation, is very skilled with Fantasy Grounds and creates enjoyable encounters and plot lines, currently Lvl 5 in Rime of the Frostmaiden. Looking forward to finishing the campaign.
