About Matt Ammon
Hey y'all, I've been playing role playing games for as long as I can remember, with my older brother running a Star Wars RPG for a birthday party of mine as a kid. Since then, I have played in and DM'ed numerous D&D 5e campaigns and dabbled in Exalted as well as Call of Cthulhu. I have experience as a game master, and I am always happy to customize games to fit the type of play you want. I specialize in running solo D&D sessions, whether you have any experience with the game or not, it will give you a new perspective on this classic game as you step into the role of the solitary hero/heroine of a personalized story. If you're paying for a professional DM, I want that memory to be pleasurable and memorable for you as a player. I try to tailor my games to my players to be as custom as possible. I avoid sensitive topics in game unless they have been discussed out of game beforehand, and act as courteously and respectfully as possible both in and out of game. How Matt Ammon runs games
I enjoy running tactical combat as well as exploration more than anything else in my games. Roleplay is also such a major pillar of the games that I run that it is hard not to enjoy great roleplay moments, and I typically try to incorporate player backstories heavily into the roleplay in order to make players feel more integrated at the table and in the world. I want you to feel like your character's choices have tangible effects in game and lead to some interesting and unique moments in game. I don't do great character voices, but my high energy and good memory makes up for it.
