"No! Layers! Onions have layers, ogres have layers", "Abandon all hope ye who enter here", and "fair winds and following seas!" There. All the catchy openings. I jest, but in seriousness these three sum up what games i like to run and the players i look forward to having a smashing good time with. If you like campaigns with dark and gritty fantasy and/or adventures on the high seas with "layers" to your monsters to thrash, dragons to romance, treasure to plunder then roll for inaitive - or persuasion - and lets get playing!

How Don Dedrip runs games
I do appreciate when players put effort into roleplaying their characters. Roleplaying, puzzle solving, and battle loved and emphasized equally. I am, however, not a fan of the tedious and time consuming battle that vanilla dnd provides so i've picked up, and continue to do so, different ways to make battle more streamlined and engaging.
