About me

I have been playing dungeons and dragons for about 5 years on and off as a player. However, when COVID-19 struck my group stopped meeting and I was afraid my life of being a on and off again player was doomed to repeat. What was I supposed to do? Instead of accepting defeat I picked up my computer logged into Roll20 and bought the DM guide, monster manual, PHB, Volo’s, and a few others including Explorer’s Guide to Wildemount. Since then I have several sessions under my belt being our DM and my players have had a blast. I have even convinced my wife to play and create her own fighter.

GM style

While I love combat and throwing everything I can at my players to watch them create their own tactics to win, I also enjoy listening/watching my players' characters grow closer or in some circumstances further apart while roleplaying what they think their characters would do and say. Finally, while I will try to keep puzzles form being impossible to solve, encounters have an option to run from something to difficult to beat. I will punish disrespect to fellow players and myself, I will feel no guilt for a PC that makes poor decisions and ends up dying.
