I've been a long time player and GM from back in the 80's and quite familiar with multiple game systems as D&D, Fate System, Shadowrun, Star Wars, Savage Worlds, and World of Darkness. I like to work with the players to build the world and an engaging story they can invest themselves in.

I became a GM because

everyone around me was interested in playing games, but no one was willing to run a game except me. So I became a defacto GM in my area. I've always prompted and supported others to run games, but that is a work in progress.

How Neel Dutt runs games

I do love roleplaying and doing character voices. My style of gaming is fluid where I will use the rules as a framework to run the game, but I'm fluid in style and will find ways to help a player to achieve that they want to do in game. I also enjoy the act of world building and player participation. Many of the campaign settings are designed to give the game world a soul and feeling, but the interactions between the players and the world contribute to further development of the campaign setting and story.

I appreciate all kinds of players, from the creatives to the tactically minded. I’d prefer a mix of both as I try to be inclusive of everyone no matter what walk of life led them to my table. My table typically consists of a mix of both and everything in between, however I do promote teamwork and collaboration amongst my players. If you’re going to be at my table, please bring a teamwork mentality with you, as they say “teamwork makes the dream work”
