How to prepare

You will need: Access to Discord Access to D&D Beyond Access to Foundry VTT A working microphone Please create a character, and work with me so we can integrate them into the world!

What I provide

I draw most of the maps, I also offer commission services to players if they wish their characters to be drawn. I provide artwork and assets, the digital books and links and all assistance needed to learn the game, and to help ease you into the game and setting. I always want my players to shine the most, embracing action over rules for the most part. I am story and world-building first! I prioritize character growth and engagement, where all actions matter! Being a member of the LGBTQIA+, my campaigns are always welcome to everyone from every walk of life! This is a safe space.

Gameplay details

We will go over the Session Zero, table rules and expectations at the beginning of the campaign, and at the end of every session I'll offer player feedback and request DM feedback as well. I will do my best so that we will all be on the same page, and remain comfortable and transparent. I do not allow AI imagery. If you ASBSOLUTELY MUST use AI imagery, I will suggest using artist-furled image generation such as Picrew instead. This campaign may cover various uncomfortable topics. Please if you're interested in attending this campaign, understand that by joining this campaign, you consent in being mature with these topics, and to handle them in character and to also understand that they are being handled delicately as fictional content. Riding off of this, you must understand that the actions and beliefs of characters are not congruent to the beliefs and actions of the players who control them.

How will character creation work

Characters are created individually for the campaign on D&D BEYOND. I will work with all concepts to integrate them into the world and story. I will work with players individually in the creation of their characters and help them if needed so they can be approved. For this campaign, you will begin at level three. Waterdeep: Dragon Heist typically goes up to level 8, but this may go up all the way to 10 depending on the actions of players! Only official D&D content is allowed for character creation, with flavor to design given exceptions. There are no restrictions to character creation beyond that. We are using legacy rules for now, but may use some of the 2024 rules upon request!
