About the adventure
After paying a paltry sum to the Crimson Wings, your group enters the port city of Stillhelm. The main streets are bustling with activity. You hear the clipity clop of horses on the cobble stone road as they pull their caravans deeper into the city. A hint of salt hangs in the air along with the smell of fresh baked pastries and a floating ship half crashed into a building off in the distance. "Welcome to Stillhelm adventurers," you hear from off to your side. A young blonde human boy no more than twelve years sporting a modest outfit, overcoat, knapsack, and a small owl on his shoulder who is nursing a broken wing. "Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Jenlyn Vass, but you can call me V," he says expressing a confidence well above his years. "I'm part of the city's official unofficial greeting council and a very unique street rat. So for the right bit of coin I can show you the safe neighborhoods of the city and those you want to steer clear of. After all Stillhelm is just as wondrous as it is dangerous. Just keep your distance from the airship, the tinker gnomes may be funny looking but they are a bit unhinged," he says with a smirk. Sizing the group up, "So what are you looking for. Fame and fortune perhaps? Join one of the many adventure guilds? Get in good with a noble house, or the church? Or maybe something different off the books?" So tell me adventurer, what do you want to do? . . .

What I provide
First and foremost, I'll bring an attitude of cooperation and comradery. I enjoy listening to my players, and taking feedback on what works and what doesn't work. Every group is different and I have no ego to bruise. I will bring the Fantasy Grounds license with access to the Player's Handbook, Xanathar's Guide, Volo's Guide, etc. Optional rules and benefits for building strongholds. Custom made interactive battle maps with the use of different lighting styles. Discord channel for the campaign. Zoom account with unlimited hours.
Gameplay details
This game is a typical Dungeons and Dragons Campaign high fantasy RPG. Plot hooks can include rescuing townsfolk, children, friends, etc. DM describes different weapon hits and spell damage during tactical combat. Fantasy violence and alcohol consumption will be present. Overall the campaign is aimed at staying PG 13. As this is a role playing game, some level of tension and disagreements between PCs is expected. That being said players who are abusive, offensive, and out to ruin other player's fun will not be tolerated. Using the defense of "It's what my character would do . . . or My other DM let me do it" doesn't excuse bad behavior in my opinion.
