Steinhardt's Guide to the Eldritch Hunt: A Mini Campaign (Drop In Drop Out Style!) Levels 2-12

About the adventure

"A Soulsborne and Lovecraft inspired setting for 5e. Fight Nightmarish Monsters, Survive the Madness, and Join The Hunt! In celebration of Halloween this year I will be running a Drop In - Drop Out style Mini campaign going through the preselected adventures in the grim and grotesque world of Luyarnha. An intensely dark and disturbing campaign riddled with bonus features that push the 5e style to new limits! We have environmental actions that trigger a new Madness condition to its characters. There are new races, subclasses, spells, backgrounds, and trick weapons to choose from as well as a brand new class, the Jaeger (not recommended for those who are even the least bit new to 5e)! We will start the month off with the party at Level 3 in the first adventure and carry on until we finish (assumedly level 12). These games will be weekly but feel free to drop in and out even if it's only for one game! These games will be run with both theatre of the mind and a VTT map for the heavy scenarios. You must(get to, really) choose from the available races and subclasses available! Feel free to ask me (the DM) anything but jump in soon if you think you're even the least bit interested. I expect this will fill up fast!

How to prepare

Webcams are strongly encouraged; mic required. Characters will need to be created on D&dbeyond. Each session is run through Discord (chat) and Evmux.com.

What I provide

A thorough understanding of 5e rules as well as the added features in this module. I will provide maps and tokens for creatures as well as the players should they make a midjourney or heroforge of their character concept!

Gameplay details

Players can expect a very different setting than their typical 5e experience. There will be little introduction into being thrown into a very violent environment. X's and Timeout signals are very welcome and will be explained at the beginning of every session.

How will character creation work

All races and subclasses will be available on dndbeyond. If choosing the Jaeger class please contact me directly as you will be using a fill-in sheet separate from the party

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
