About the adventure

💀 Rise up against a wicked necromancer 🧟 👪 Help the downtrodden and save a small town 🏘️ ⛳ Make a glorious last stand ⚔️ In the market of Loudwater, you meet a young woman by the name of Kithri Mossbinder. She wears leather armor and bears a longsword and a grim expression. Catching your eye, she approaches you, a desperate expression breaking out onto her face. "Please, my village needs help..." She tells you of her home, Windhaven, and the terrible "Lord" demanding a "tax" of villagers that are being made into wretched undead monsters used to enforce his rule. She begs you to come and help, offering a meager reward. Despite yourself, you accept. Perhaps some part of you can't stand to see such helpless people being taken advantage of, maybe you bear some haunting weight from mistakes long past. Whatever it is, you set out, headed for Windhaven. Perhaps, headed for your own doom...

How will character creation work

I will provide a selection of level 6 pre-generated characters for players to choose from. Some of the characters may have minor discrete choices available to you. Creating your own character will be allowed if you are familiar with the process. No assistance in creating your character will be provided. If you choose to do so, the following restrictions are in place: Characters have 2000 gold pieces which they can use to purchase items that are listed in the Player's Handbook. Each character may begin with a selection of magic items of the following rarities; 1 rare 1 uncommon 2 common These items may come from Wizard's of the Coast Published 5e Source Books, excluding Fizban's Treasury of Dragons, and may not come from playtest content or adventure modules. You are free to create your character using D&D Beyond, but during play we will be using FoundryVTT. If you choose to use D&D Beyond, we will import your sheet onto Foundry before beginning play.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
