About the adventure

Ley lines are moving. Shadow roads are closing. Someone or something is twisting the magical lines of power to their own purpose, and it is throwing the world into chaos. The sages at the Arcane Collegium in Zobeck have traced the disturbances back to a ruined fortress not far from the logging village of Redtower. You have been tasked with traveling to the Scarlet Citadel, and eliminating the source of the problem. Once a fortress where wizards honed their eldritch craft, the Scarlet Citadel now holds a sinister reputation - and for good reason. The dungeon's well trod stairs have seen few return from their journeys below. Now, malevolent creatures spins shadowy webs, enchant foul magics, and summon forth dark gods. But for those brave enough, ancient treasures and secrets still lie scattered everywhere. Scarlet Citadel is a deadly dungeon crawl for levels 1 - 10 Published by Kobold Press

Gameplay details

Players can feel free to interrupt the game at any time in order to discuss a situation that makes them uncomfortable that hasn't been covered in the Content Warnings. Beyond that I will happily discuss any other issues away from the game. Session 0 will cover character creation and group culture (agreed upon rules within our group). We will also spend time going over the basic controls of Roll20 and the character sheets for those that need it. Character creation will use the Charactermancer on Roll20. Standard Array will be used for all characters. Any class/race from Player's Handbook, Xanathar's Guide to Everything, Tasha's Cauldron of Everything, Midgard Heroes Handbook, Tome of Heroes, Underworld Players Guide, Southlands Players Guide. Players may use D&DBeyond for character generation if they prefer, however they will be missing out on dozens of races and sub-classes available through my compendium.
