How to prepare

🎤 A decent microphone (webcam is not needed) 💻 A computer or laptop and a web browser (preferably Google Chrome) to run Foundry VTT 💬 (free) A Discord account as well as the Discord application installed on the device where you will connect your microphone ⚔️ (free) A D&D Beyond account where we will create our characters 🖼️ (free) An image for your character. You can either create one yourself, find one online, or I can help you with this if needed. ••• No need to learn the rules but it would be useful to know your character's abilities. Got a question? Gameplay details

In Session 0, we'll delve into the module's content, settings, and themes, addressing any potential concerns related to the campaign material. Additionally, I'll provide guidance on navigating and utilizing Foundry VTT which is what we will be using as our virtual tabletop. To round off the session, we'll explore character creation and discuss game rules. Players can expect faced paced combat and a deep roleplaying gaming experience.

How will character creation work

Character creation will happen during Session 0. Everyone will begin their journey as Level 1 and the process will occur one of two ways: • Create your character on D&D Beyond (free) with any help you might need from me. (For people experienced with D&D) • Select from a list of premade characters I have already made. (For new players and beginners) Character Creation Rules: • All classes and subclasses from every D&D 5e sourcebook are allowed. • Players begin with one free feat. If your race or background provides you with one, you must take the one it comes with. Cannot start with two feats. • Ability scores are determined by rolling four d6 dice and dropping the lowest. Each player will roll their set of six abilities. I will also roll a set for you which I will keep hidden. You have the option to keep your rolls or go with the hidden ones I have rolled. • If you don't like the rolls from either options, you must use a point buy system (27 points). All characters must be approved by the DM. If you need help with backstory, race/class ideas, etc. feel free to let me know.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
