Mystery of the Missing Moment

About the adventure

Survivors of a global amnesic event, you've banded together as paranormal investigators to figure out what compelled hundreds (including yourselves) to walk through glowing gateways all over the planet. This quest will take you all over including outside this very reality. You'll meet fellow "gatewalkers," face against alien monsters and explore strange realms.

How to prepare

We will use Discord for voice and/or video (video is not required) and I use The Forge for Foundry hosting, so you'll need to make an account on that site (can wait until Session 0). In depth knowledge of the PF2e rule set is not necessary at all; most of my PF2e GM experience has been running for new players, but players of all experience are welcome!

What I provide

I will provide the Discord server and Foundry server and can help make any custom tokens for the virtual table top.

Gameplay details

Safety tools will be discussed in Session 0 and we can add any based of player preference. In the adventure path, we'll play from levels 1-10, work together to uncover a mystery shrouding your life. In a global event, you and your fellow party members found yourselves walking through a gateway, but no one remembers anything else and you have deviant abilities. Also, look forward to seeing many different settings as this adventure spans not the world of Golarian, but realities!

How will character creation work

Characters will begin at level 1 and we will create them together in Session 0. Pathfinder 2nd Edition is really excellent at allowing more than one of the same class while still having variety, but it'll be a great opportunity to get to know each other and our characters before play. Always feel free to have concepts in mind, though!

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
