About the adventure
You've been tasked to deliver a cart of goods from Neverwinter to a small town called Phandalin but on your way there, you discover that your contractor, the dwarf Gundren Rockseeker, has been kidnapped and that there is more to the whole story than you thought. LMoP is a Dungeons & Dragons 5e starting campaign and takes the player characters from level 1 to 5 during this grand, non-linear adventure. We have already played the first session as a free try-out for beginners, so if you are interested in joining, keep in mind that it starts at session 2. I will bring you up to speed, though!

How to prepare
- Create a level 2 character on D&D Beyond (campaign link after application) - Have a Discord account ready - Have a somewhat decent microphone and headset to avoid audio feedback
What I provide
We will play using Foundry VTT that is hosted on my end, all you need is a browser! Additionally, I will be using high-quality maps from Patreon map creators, as well as a curated playlist of atmospheric music. Sourcebooks are shared via D&D Beyond, including Dungeon Master's Guide, Swordcoast, Volo's Guide to Monsters, Xanathar's Guide to Everything, Tasha's Cauldron of Everything, and of course, LMoP
Gameplay details
Fun, story, and roleplay will be the focus. Players have a non-linear, open world to explore and can follow the main plot at their own pace (or not at all!) There will be combat but non-violent solutions are almost always possible with me. This campaign contains combat and therefore violence and gore to a degree, but I try to keep it low. If there is anything that makes you feel comfortable, you can play the X card (write X in chat or say it) and we will always accomodate this by fading to dark or skipping the scene. It is very important to me that everyone feels safe at the table!

Please create a level 2 character prior to the session. I will send you the link to my D&D Beyond campaign where you have access to many source books I own!
