New to DND? Ready to explore rich worlds of detail, immerse yourself in a fantastical realm of magic, and slay monstrous beasts but don't know where to start? No problem! Join me for a thorough presentation through Discord on the basics of playing DND followed by a combat training exercise, mock social interactions, as well as Q&A. By the end of this seminar, you will be ready to join your first game of DND! By the end of this seminar you will: Know how to build a character on DNDBeyond Know where to find all the useful things on your character sheet How to fight in DND 5e How to use the Roll20 VTT as a player AND As a special offer, receive a 50% discount to any one 1-shot I host in the future! How to prepare
Attendees will need a Discord account, Roll20 account, as well as a DNDBeyond account (all free). I also recommend grabbing a notebook or taking notes on your device to help keep things in order. I will have my facecam on for the seminar to help make more personable. If you have a cam, I highly recommend using it during this time.
