About the adventure
I am an experienced educator with a wealth of history teaching children and adults alike, how to play (and run) role playing games. This class will teach you everything you'll need to know to play "The Worlds Most Famous Role Playing Game" - Dungeons and Dragons. Using available online resources, we will cover basic RPG concepts, universal game language and the character creation process. Following this class (Beginner 101), you are encouraged to use the same tools deployed in class to create a custom character of your design. Those who enjoy this session and want to continue into a deeper dive, will be offered the opportunity to participate in the next class (Beginner 201), where we will review and finish (if necessary) your character(s) and then we'll run through a simulation of a combat encounter.
