About the adventure

Start your own Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition Adventure Path! Individual players welcome. No experience with D&D or Fantasy Grounds necessary. A strange, otherworldly ship has crashed into the mortal world. It brings with it an unexpected wave of piracy and hideous creatures from the bottom of the Trackless Sea. It's up to you and your party to save the world! Create a hero for the struggle ahead: a Dwarven Cleric, an Elven Ranger, a Human Wizard, a Dragonborn Paladin, or maybe a Tiefling Rogue. An epic fantasy campaign to take characters from levels 1 to 15, set in the Forgotten Realms!

How to prepare

Players should have a microphone (webcam is optional), and should install the Free Demo version of Fantasy Grounds Unity, as well as Discord for desktop.

What I provide

DM is a Fantasy Grounds Unity Ultimate license holder (players join and use FGU for free).

Gameplay details

Most sessions will involve at least one tactical combat, but don't be surprised if there's more--or if the story dictates that there's none that night!

How will character creation work

Players may participate in a 'Session 0' for character generation. Characters can be created in Fantasy Grounds or D&D Beyond. Allowed sources for character options include the Player's Handbook, Xanathar's Guide to Everything, and Tasha's Cauldron of Everything. Races from other sources by request. No Unearthed Arcana content.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
