About the adventure

This campaign will play out the official Curse of Strahd adventure module made by Wizards of the Coast. I will stick to the module for quite a bit of the adventure, adding my own flair and ideas to it combined with some of the content from some amazing people on the interwebs! This adventure has a somewhat dark, eerie and twister setting with pretty harsh subjects. Be wary that this kind of content is not for everyone. This of course will be discussed during a session 0 to ensure every player is comfortable with the adventure ahead.

How to prepare

I will be running my games through a Discord call, this means that a functioning mic is required and a functioning webcam would be nice as well. You will also need a DnDbeyond account to create and manage your character. One of the most important things for this adventure is that you *do not* read about it ahead of time. Save yourself from spoilers and stay away from the online scene of Curse of Strahd. Everything will be done online, dice rolling will be discussed during session 0.

Since this will be an online campaign, I will bring all the tools we need to play such as maps, sounds, a character creator and much more

Gameplay details

I'm a very lenient DM when it comes to strict rules and such, fun comes first! Curse of Strahd is a pretty roleplay heavy adventure but I try to find a healthy balance. I will also try to tie every player character into the world with certain backstory elements and such.

How will character creation work

Character creation will happen during a session 0, this is because certain character tropes are very well suited for the Curse of Strahd adventure. This character creation will happen online in the DnDBeyond app. Characters will start at level 2, stats will be rolled for live and the same goes for HP

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
