About the adventure

Curse of Strahd is a gothic horror adventure. Heroes are drawn into the dread realm of Barovia, ruled by the vampire wizard Strahd von Zarovich. GeekDadEnergy's tale will spans levels 1-20 and take characters on a tour of the Domains of Dread and beginning with trying to survive the House of Lament.

How to prepare

Characters will be created ahead of time. Mics required, cams preferred. Dice and character sheets stored and rolled on the VTT. VTTES will be required for roll20, if used, to show animated maps. Installation walkthrough will be given if necessary.

What I provide

I will provide digital miniatures, if necessary, for all characters. I will provide all maps and content for the game, from NPC's and items to character sheets and music.

Gameplay details

I will provide a brief, hour long session 0 with all players before the game. Lines and Veils will be handled via a secure link online. X's, N's and O's will be handled via private message. I have several house rules regarding rewarding and use of inspiration as well as how to approach flanking. These all largely benefit players and will be discussed beforehand. Players will have links to documents containing all house rules. The content of the module will also be altered to erasethe overtly racist themes (specifically in regards to the depiction of the Vistani).

How will character creation work

Players will roll for attributes. All players will share the "best" attribute array. Formula will be 4d6, keep highest 3, rerolling 1's for all scores.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
