How to prepare

You will need a discord account You will need a mic or headset You will need a free roll20 account You will need a computer I will also provide a lore doc so you can read through it and get a sense of the world.

What I provide

Look, I am bringing the dread, the horror, the sense of isolation. I love horror movies. This campaign is inspired by movies like the Thing, the Mist, and The Endurance book. I love stories of people being put in hard conditions and how they deal with them. Most of all I love seeing people succeed in these situations. I use music to set the atmosphere and tone. I make my own world maps and battle maps. I am good at handling any social problems that might come up during play. I try to have a respectful atmosphere and make sure everyone feels included.

Gameplay details

During session 0 we will go over some more in-depth lore about the world as well as create characters. We will start at 2nd level. A fair warning, I do use a lot of the House rules in the DMG. I will go over those as well. If you are new or have not used them you will very quickly get used to them. The game will be focused on survival so come with that mindset to the game. It will take place over 6 in game months. The game is about resource management. I will go over the rules of conduct and expectations. We will talk over discord, I usually do voice only. The game is played over roll20 so have a free roll20 account ready.

How will character creation work

We will start at 2nd level. Characters will be created during session zero. You will need a free roll20 account as that is where we will roll stats and do most of the playing.
