About the adventure

Explore! Worldbuild! Roleplay! Set within an adventuring school in Waterdeep, this campaign follows students as they study swords and sorcery, socialize and form relationships, and go on field trips to pull off heists and explore ancient ruins and dungeons! We will play through some classic adventures as well as original side-quests tailored to the backgrounds and interests of the party. Campaign influences: Harry Potter, The Magicians, and RUBY.

How to prepare

A decent microphone is required. Voice chat occurs on my Discord server (free account required). Maps will be hosted on Roll20, which can be run in almost any browser.

What I provide

I bring 30 years of experience running roleplaying games, acceptance of the strange, support for the weird, and creativity in crafting stories and managing plots that often fly off the rails.

Gameplay details

Player comfort and safety are very important to me, and this game uses the TTRGP Safety Toolkit to help provide both.

How will character creation work

Characters are created with a point buy system for stats and basic equipment. I highly suggest using DnDBeyond to both create and house characters. I have a campaign open to add characters and benefit from shared resources if needed. I will be available through discord to answer questions. Those new to the system who need direct assistance can get it by scheduling a time to chat directly.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
