About the adventure
Reality is open to interpretation. Unfortunately, plenty of people have very strong opinions about what that interpretation should be. In Mage: The Ascension, your beliefs shape how you work your magics. Ritual, science, faith, art, or something considerably harder to explain might give you the means to accomplish the impossible. What you choose to do with that power and who gets caught up in it is where our story begins. This chronicle takes inspiration from the table atmosphere of Norfolk Wizard Game: lively character interactions, strange humour, imaginative problem solving, and moments when things become deeply unsettling. Expect room for a ridiculous conversation to sit alongside a discovery that changes how your character sees the world. We’ll establish our starting premise and characters together. I’ll build the mysteries, supporting cast, and unfolding threats around that foundation, while your choices, relationships, and ambitions help shape the chronicle as it develops. Bring someone with opinions, attachments, and reasons to get involved. They might be eccentric, earnest, arrogant, awkward, or worryingly persuasive. Give them something they care about, and leave room for the other characters to become part of it. At this table, we’ll make space for each other’s ideas, share the spotlight, and give both the funny moments and the serious ones room to land. You can get attached to an unlikely ally, pursue a deeply questionable theory, or attempt something your fellow players will be talking about for weeks. Together, we’ll discover what happens when these particular people have the power to change things. No familiarity with the "Norfolk Wizard Game" is needed. Just curiosity, engagement, and a willingness to get involved in each other’s stories.

What to expect
Preparing for the session
Watching the "Norfolk wizard game" by Alfabusa is a good idea, it helps bring together the vibes a little. Have some ideas for characters, but dont lock in on something immediately, it is good to keep an open mind!

I will bring with me foundry, music, good vibes, and a custom module to help with filling your sheet with merits, flaws, powers, and etc.
