About the adventure
Aye, matey! A greedy pirate captain drew the wrath of a goddess of the Dark Caribbean… and now everyone is paying the price as pods of orcas decimate any ship that dares to sail the cursed sea. Discover the truth behind the orcas’ behavior. Confront a powerful witch living in a ruined lighthouse. Face off against the toughest crew of pirates you’ll ever encounter! “The Captain With the Orca Earring” is a Pirate Borg one-shot session for three to six players. Choose from a motley crew of the vilest scallywags to sail the Atlantic. These aren’t starting characters, so you’ll get to experience Pirate Borg at higher levels of play! Make choices that will determine whether you’ll earn either great rewards, or a horrible, watery death. Here’s what you get in my session: • Three to four hours of an original Pirate Borg adventure • The choice of six fun-to-play pirate PCs • Artwork depicting celebrities cast as the NPCs and PCs • Artwork and maps provided by Pirate Borg for our game! • Storytelling from a GM who’s been bringing joy through tabletop gaming for 25 years • Music that brings the story to life Put on your eyepatch. Schedule this session of “The Captain With the Orca Earring” today!

About me
Garrett is a podcast host, of Threat Detected, Threats From Gallifrey and the long-running One Ring AP Threats From Mirkwood. He has written for D&D, Paranoia and Savage Worlds. His games are pulpy with a good amount of roleplaying. If you like jumping out of a moving vehicle onto a horse and hitting the rider with a flaming golf club, you've found the perfect gamemaster. I run for teenagers plus age-wise. I like gaming with kids, but I prefer the older age demographics to avoid the distractions that come with an open age range. I've proven myself to be amongst the best Dungeon Masters in the country by being selected by Baldman Games to repeatedly be selected to run the coveted DDXP slots at GenCon, which are reserved only for the best Dungeon Masters to provide an extraordinary experience for the players.

Creating your character
Because this is a one-shot, I’ve taken the liberty of building a set of pregens for you. This will allow for more time spent gaming, and less time rolling on tables building your character. You will find these are higher level characters offering more options for exciting play. Of course, the challenges will reflect this.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Ahoy, landlubbers. You will get a message from me telling the discord and roll20 links. Log into those links once you get them. Then, go to the Journal in roll20 and skim through the pregens. Find the character you most want to play. When you’ve made a choice, go to the discord, to the channel that matches your game date and post your character choice. First post, first gets to select their character. Then, get your set of polyhedral dice ready, pour yourself some grog and get ready for pirate shenanigans!
What Garrett brings to the table
I will provide 6 pregens, a wild tale, music and a full vtt setup, including tokens of the NPCs made from images of celebrities cast into our NPC roles.
