About the adventure

Set in Eberron, a steampunk setting of cogs and power, this game is set to watch as new power is thrust into the hands of those who thought they might never get it. What will they do with it, and how will those above them fight back? This game is beginner-friendly, and - of course - welcomes adepts as well. We will be using Dungeons & Dragons 5e (2014) to explore the city of Sharn and the larger world of Eberron through the lens of a community learning to fight for something closer to equality.

About me

I'm Dov, and I've been playing D&D for over 8 years now. I've been a player aplenty, and a DM even more, and I think I offer many talents that suit me to running a game that satisfies, wonders, and wows. I look forward to connecting my love of story with others'.

Character creation

Creating your character

I enjoy making characters together with my players, so that I can mold the story around and into the characters as they are created. Starting level will be 3.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Players will need a Discord account and nothing much more.

What Dov brings to the table

I excel at meeting players where they are, and so I can create character sheets, stat blocks, and even mechanics if necessary, however complex or simple they need be. I can attempt to do character voices, but I don't tend to use ambient music, though I'm happy to if it's requested.

How Dov creates a safe table

There will be channels in a dedicated Discord server intended specifically for the safety and comfort of my players. I take such things very seriously.
