About the adventure
As the sun sets and shadows gather, the vampires of the Camarilla come to the Prince's court. Business will be discussed, deals made, and position jockeyed for. Tonight, however, a momentous event comes to pass: fledgling vampires are welcomed into the city for the first time in decades. You are one of these fledglings, instructed by your sire in the ways and rules of Camarilla society. For years, you have labored to be worthy of the Prince's acceptance. Tonight, you prove you are. Or prove you fall short, and meet your Final Death instead.

About me
I've been running games more than half my life. For ten years, I ran one shots, OWoD LARPs, and my own curated games at GenCon, twice being added to the GenCon Presents prestige list. I have experience with every edition of D&D since AD&D 2nd ed, World of Darkness, Shadowrun, Mind's Eye Theater, All Flesh Must Be Eaten, Cosmere RPG, Mistborn Adventure Game, and (My favorite) DIE. I have also created and run a large number of homebrew games and systems, and feel comfortable running any genre of game. One of my favorite HB One Shots was called The League of Extraordinary Muppets. I had to practice SO MANY voices for that one. In my other life, I'm having a go at making a living as a blacksmith (paid the bills two months running with my hammer and anvil!). I read a lot, write some, play video games, and cook.

Character creation will take place during zero session. Some pregenerated characters are also available, but I encourage players to make their own

Game will take place via Discord, so a Discord account is required. Server invite will be sent along with welcome message.
What Paul Darnton brings to the table
I'm most fascinated by character development, improvisation, and high roleplay, and my games reflect this. I do my best to provide a world in which my players can function according to their character's motivations, rather than a set of rails they have to stick to. Rules are a useful guideline, but they come second to the needs of the story and fun.
