About the adventure
One of the most popular and beloved modules of D&D, Curse of Strahd is a story of gothic horror, presented here as a DUNGEONS & DRAGONS roleplaying game adventure. Whether you are an experienced player wanting to sink your teeth into this module after not having the chance to play it, or a beginner wanting to get into D&D for the first time, I welcome you all to join me at my table as we go on this adventure, where you will get to travel around all corners of Barovia on a dark course that will culminate in the ultimate vampire hunt in Castle Ravenloft. "Under raging storm clouds, a lone figure stands silhouetted against the ancient walls of Castle Ravenloft. The vampire Count Strahd von Zarovich stares down a sheer cliff at the village below. A cold, bitter wind spins dead leaves about him, billowing his cape in the darkness. Lightning splits the clouds overhead, casting stark white light across him. Strahd turns to the sky, revealing the angular muscles of his face and hands. He has a look of power-and of madness. His once handsome face is contorted by a tragedy darker than the night itself. Rumbling thunder pounds the castle spires. The wind's howling increases as Strahd turns his gaze back to the village. Far below, yet not beyond his ken, a party of adventurers has just entered his domain. Strahd's face forms a twisted smile as his dark plan unfolds. He knew they were coming, and he knows why they have come-all according to his plan. He, the master of Ravenloft, will attend to them. Another lightning flash rips through the darkness, its thunder echoing through the castle's towers. But Strahd is gone. Only the howling of the wind-or perhaps a lone wolf-fills the midnight air. The master of Raven loft is having guests for dinner. And you are invited."

Meet the Game Master
About me
Hello! Nice meeting you! I am a writer, translator, and a storyteller. I have been running TTRPGs over the last five years as a professional game master, and I am the GM for the actual-play channel "Rollin' Thunder". Outside of my GMing, I try to make content related to the games that I run on social media. If you are interested in checking out my style of running a game, head out to our channel and feel free to reach out to me! If you have any questions before signing up to any one of my games, I'm always active on the website and would be more than happy to answer them! I hope you can find a game that you can enjoy on my profile. Looking forward to meeting you!

Creating your character
When we have a group to play with, we will get together on Discord, where I will explain more in detail what you might need to know, link any sources you'd like to read, share books, go over any rules if you are only starting out your first adventure, and help prepare you! We will go over actual character creation during Session 0 together so we don't end up making an all Bard campaign without talking to each other first. My goal is to help everyone at the table make unique characters that can stand out; both individually, and as a cast of characters. Once you feel you are confident, we will start brainstorming together about character ideas, and how we could bring our adventurers together. Roll20 is where we will be storing our character arts, sheets, maps, and tokens.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
🎤 A decent microphone is a must. 🔊A Discord account (free to register). 🎲 Roll20 account (for the table and dice rolls. Also free to register). 🎓 Beginners are welcome; I will explain the rules and the system as we play, should need be. 📷 Cameras are optional, but highly encouraged, as I believe seeing each other enhances our roleplay.

How Onur Temel creates a safe table
During Session 0 we will go over all the content warnings, as well as all of the possible Lines and Veils with a detailed Consent Form you can fill, in order to create a safe, welcoming table. Everything is changeable and negotiable; they will all be discussed and taken out of the game accordingly if any one of those stated below make you feel uncomfortable. Before the start and after the end of every session we'll spend about 15 minutes at least to chat, talk about any potential issues, to go over what happened in the story to identify Bleed and to help you cope with it and leave it behind at the table!
