About the adventure
**An original Daggerheart Campaign — Powered by Hope and Fear** The wine never lies. Until it does. At the midsummer festival, the first casks of Condesa Delamoña's legendary vintage were tapped to cheering and music - and then the screaming started. What poured out wasn't wine. Twisted things of vine and claw, dripping with bloodied pulp, tore into the crowd and dragged the living into the dark rows of the vineyard. The Council of Five sent the Nightwatch. Their orders: protect the casks. Let the people fend for themselves. The Castillo has barricaded its doors. The Archbishop is preaching heresy and blood cults from the pulpit. The old women whisper that the Condesa's grapes were always fed on something darker than soil. And somewhere out past the torchlight, whatever came out of those barrels is still hungry. You've been called in to do the job the Nightwatch won't: find the missing, kill what needs killing, and cut the corruption out at the root before the next harvest brings something worse. **What This Campaign Is** Hunters of Andaluria is a monster-of-the-week supernatural investigation campaign, built for Daggerheart's new Hope and Fear supplement. Each arc is a self-contained hunt but underneath every case runs a slow-burn thread of political intrigue: a Council that doesn't want the truth found, a Church with its own agenda, and old-world families who've been paying for their fortunes in ways best left unspoken. The casks are sealed. The Nightwatch is watching the wrong thing. The people are waiting for someone who'll ask the right questions. Will you be the one who does?

About me
I’ve been playing and GMing since the mid-1990s. Back then I ran D&D and In Nomine in my dorm room. Today my bookshelves are filled D&D 5e, Old Gods of Appalachia, and a dozen other systems I’ll get around to playing with someday. My favorite genres are classic fantasy and folk horror.

Creating your character
You have choices when it comes to character creation! I will have a selection of pre-made characters available, or you can create a new one using the Daggerheart character creation tool inside Alchemy RPG. When you join the game, you’ll get access to the Daggerheart character creation tool - including brand new character options in the Hope and Fear supplement - through Alchemy RPG. During our first session, we’ll build out character connections, backgrounds, etc. Characters will begin at Tier 1.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need a free account on AlchemyRPG.com in order to create your character and join the game. We will also use a private Discord server for as a backup for voice and video chat. Links to both will be provided when you join the campaign.
What Tricia brings to the table
My games focus on immersive, collaborative storytelling and learning to play. You will have access to all the Daggerheart core materials and the new Hope and Fear supplement - no need to own the books yourself. We will use a lightweight Virtual Tabletop system through AlchemyRPG for visuals and character management. We will use Discord for chat between sessions and as a backup for voice/video in-game. All materials are provided through AlchemyRPG and on the Discord server. If tech isn’t your thing, don’t sweat it. I’ve chosen the simplest tools and will teach you everything you need to know to get playing. A webcam is optional but highly encouraged!

How Tricia creates a safe table
Once you join the game, I’ll send you a checklist of potentially touchy topics and ask that you mark each topic with a red, yellow, or green light and return it to me at least 24 hours before our first session. Once I’ve gotten checklists back from everyone (and filled out my own!) I’ll share a compiled list of topics with the group. This helps us all ensure a fun, safe experience for everyone. During the session, I also use X and O cards. We will go over the document and how to signal X and O during our first session. I’ve listed all potential content warnings. None of them are critical to the story, so if you have concerns, message me and we’ll figure it out.
