About the adventure

Every inch of Lucineos thrums with living gods and living magic—ley lines vibrate beneath groves and quarries, statues hum, and fluxologists map tunnels of raw power—yet the divine presence that birthed the realm has largely receded, leaving mortals to harvest, temper, and mythologize the sparks the deities left behind. Cities rose in sculpted valleys, Elthari Priests forged relics from divine embers, and festivals and careers bent to seasonal ley surges, but all of it teetered on the edge of Fluxhaven: a rearranging labyrinth where chitinous sentinels with void‑eyes and rune‑slick maws stalk explorers and raw flux bleeds into the world, warping wildlife, ruining harvests, and summoning impossible weather. Guilds of dungeon-delvers descend like gardeners pruning a chthonic vine—sealing nodes, slaying aberrations, bargaining relics and bloodied fortunes—while villages hire elemental shepherds, ritual cartographers, and ritual cooks to keep daily life from unraveling. The gods abandoned Lucineos; now, mortals keep the balance by cutting back Fluxhaven before it swallows the world, like weeds overtaking a garden bed. ———— Hello hello, and thank you for your interest in my campaign! I do plan for this campaign to run on the longer end, leaning mid- to long-term campaign length! The tone overall will be heroic action, dynamic adventure, mystery/dynamic problem solving, and high stakes, balanced with witty banter and rich character drama! I love telling a good story, so naturally the ratio is gonna be skewed a bit to the roleplay side, it being a solid 60/40. That being said, when combat does happen, I like for it to have impact, to be meaningful to the story. However, if the consensus is *“hey Konnie, give us more shit to fight, we made such cool builds”*, I absolutely will lol.

About me

Hello and howdy all! My name's Konstance Li, and I go by Spaccr online ˙⋆✮⋆˚࿔ I've been playing D&D and TTRPGs for roughly 10 years now and roleplaying for far longer haha! I specialize in 5/.5e but where I shine is my large and ever-expanding homebrewed fantasy world! Complete with 9 fully fleshed-out nations to explore, 30+ different character options when it comes to ancestries and lineages, multiple pantheons of deities, world maps, and 15+ completed campaigns set in this wonderful world! My love for TTRPGs comes from the storytelling and world-building! The character development, the connections and bonds we form, and the friendships that form are always some of the things I try to build when running a campaign! My tables are welcome to all! A place where veteran players can come sit down and experience a brand new setting, new players who are looking to get their feet wet and learn the tricks and tools of the trade, or those often-forgotten DMs who wanna finally take a player's seat at the table!

Character creation

Creating your character

Once approved for the game, players will be given the world guide to look over and start building the foundations of their characters! Since this is a custom world with homebrewed everything, a lot of the core player options have been changed to fit better into my setting, so those (alongside the new ones) will be detailed in said world guide, which will also include important information about the world such as languages, nations and important cities, and so much more! Players will be expected to come up with a handful of character ideas and then create a skeleton basis for what they want that character to be before session 0 starts. Then during sessions 0 we will go over those character ideas and finalize one and work on getting that character ready to go before session 1! Stats will be decided by rolling, a command being given out to players once they get into the actual game. The starting level will be 1, and all characters will be kept within the VTT, with all my homebrew stuff available to import fairly easily. As for books that will be needed, I recommend having the 2024 Player Guide simply because of the game being in 5e 2024, as well as having the World Guide on hand, which will be given out. In terms of spells, items, and classes/subclasses, I’m extremely flexible and only wish you come to me and get whatever third-party or 5.5 e material approved beforehand.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

You will need a Discord and a Roll20 account to play this game! We will have a central hub Discord server where announcements, handouts, and the physical VC for the game will happen, with Roll20 being our VTT of choice!

What Konstance Li brings to the table

I plan to utilize music, both ambient, character themes, and battle tracks, when we’re in play! I myself have a hard time doing voices to the extreme but can confidently handle regional accents where it matters! I love using the Rule of Cool and encourage players to embrace it, especially any newer ones at my table! As mentioned before, this game is gonna be roleplay-focused with a 60/40 split, so that means when combat does come up, expect to be rewarded for tactical play, use of the environment, and quick thinking and strategy!

Homebrew rules

I use a myriad of homebrew rules within my table! Some of them include drinking potions as free actions or using exhaustion in place of upcast spell/slots! There's even an entire mechanic I have formulated around making boss fights a lot more engaging and focusing on positioning, all of which we will go over in session 0!

How Konstance Li creates a safe table

Over session 0 we will go over the various player safety options I have in place and means of reaching out to me outside of the table. For example, we will have a Lines and Veils document as well as a player contract to be signed! I do engage in checkups and aftercare and have a strict open-door policy to everyone about anyone and everything! All of which will be gone over in session 0!
