About the adventure
The birds and bees chirp with delight as the ground has thawed and snow melted. Its another beautiful day here in Sunnyside Acres. It almost always is a perfect day in Sunnyside Acres... At the townwide Easter Egg hunt you are told to search for the golden egg and maybe there is a special surprise! Yet, you can't remember who told you that.. As you scan the area you hear a woman scream, as you race towards her, her eyes meet yours. Blood running from her eyes speaking a language you cannot understand. As you turn to call for help, with a POP, she disappears. Only thing left where she was is a golden eye... Another perfect day in Sunnyside Acres... This 1950s Call of Cthulhu one shot is great for first timers and experienced players alike. All are welcomed at the table.

About me
I am a storyteller and creative with a background in improv and theater. My games focus on collaborative story-telling, putting the players in the driver's seat of the story. As I say before every game, I love to bring chaos to the table and welcomes it back in return. I have been running games professionally in person for about 2 years but have been DMing in general for roughly 10. TTRPGs are the thing that give me the greatest joy in life, there is nothing I love more than getting a group of strangers together and watching them become a party.

Creating your character
Characters will be made before the session begins. You are more than welcomed to bring your own character, I will also have pre-generated characters you can choose from. We will be starting at level 1. I would suggest going to https://www.dholeshouse.org/ to build your character online. You will choose: 1.) Classic (Dice Roll) method. 1b.) Choose "No" for Experienced Investigator 2.) Game Era: Modern 3.) Skill Cap: Max 75 The rest of the details are up to you! If there are any questions or confusion, you can always send me a message prior to the session.

We will be using Discord and dddice. You will need an account for both. All of information for the room you will be joining on dddice will be on the discord server.

How Isa The DM creates a safe table
All content warnings/triggers will be listed on the "warnings" text channel on discord. If there is anything that raises alarm bells for you, please reach out. I will also check in roughly an hour before the start of the game if anyone needs to speak to me privately. If during the game, a boundary is crossed, the players can message me and I will pause or stop the scene to lead it elsewhere. If someone needs to take a break or moment away, I encourage them to turn off their camera and microphone with no questions asked.
