About the adventure

🦇 FREE SESSION 0 — ENTER THE MISTS 🌫️ The mists have claimed you. Barovia doesn't want you to leave. Step into one of D&D's most iconic adventures and experience Curse of Strahd as a fully immersive campaign using Foundry VTT, animated maps, dynamic effects, immersive music, and atmospheric sound. You aren't simply following a published adventure—you are becoming part of Barovia's story. Your character's history, goals, fears, and decisions will become part of the campaign as you explore haunted villages, forgotten ruins, ancient castles, and places where the line between the living and the dead begins to disappear. I've been a Dungeon Master for 14 years, running D&D and other tabletop RPGs. My goal is to create a game where everyone gets a chance to shine, the story keeps moving, and your decisions actually matter. I use a collaborative Rule of Cool approach while keeping combat challenging and meaningful. I also enjoy roleplaying NPCs through voices and character performances when appropriate. What you can expect 🏰 Full Curse of Strahd campaign 🎭 Character-driven storytelling 🗺️ Foundry VTT with animated maps and visual effects 🎵 Immersive music and atmosphere ⚔️ Meaningful, tactical combat 📖 Your character's backstory incorporated into the campaign 🎙️ NPC voices and roleplaying 🧙 New players welcome 🎲 Rule of Cool when it makes the game more fun Whether you've played D&D for years or you're picking up the dice for the first time, you'll have a place at the table. The mists are waiting. The question is whether you'll survive them.

About me

Hello, I am Alatrix. I am a DM that has 14 years experience with Dungeons and Dragons and other various ttrpgs. My ultimate goal in my games is that everyone has fun and things keep moving. I use animated maps and immersive music. Implementing the rule of "yes" as long as it is feasible, but like to keep things challenging and epic. I sometimes voice act with my role playing, or use a voicechanger and I try to paint the scene with my storytelling to give my players a more immersed setting.
