About the adventure
This game will be a light-hearted adventure that welcomes new and experienced players. No prior experience is necessary for a seat at this table, and players will get to experience all the best parts of D&D: combat, role play, and co-authoring a story to remember. Homebrew will be welcome in collaboration with the DM, and the game will be tailored to the party. While the story follows an established module, we will not be beholden to it.

About me
Hi! I’m a relatively new but passionate Dungeon Master diving into the world of Dungeons & Dragons 5e. While I may not have decades of experience under my belt, what I bring to the table is creativity, enthusiasm, and a deep respect for collaborative storytelling. I focus on creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where everyone can contribute to the adventure—whether you’re a seasoned player or just picking up your first set of dice. I love blending roleplay, exploration, and tactical combat, and I always aim to make each session feel meaningful and fun. If you enjoy stories where your decisions matter and your character’s backstory can come to life in surprising ways, we’ll get along great! Whether you’re looking to dip your toe into the 5e waters with a one-shot or you’re a veteran wanting a fresh, story-driven experience, I’d be thrilled to have you at my table. Let’s roll some dice and tell an awesome story together!

Creating your character
We will have session 0 to ensure characters are worked out to esch player’s satisfaction, but players are welcome to work out characters ahead pf time if they wish. I prefer stats to be rolled during session 0, but players are also welcome to use the standard stats or the point-buy system. We will use D&D Beyond for character sheets, so the DM can access characters and assist if necessary. All characters will start at level 1.

What Andrew Cox brings to the table
I do a variety of character voices and use ambient music. Combat will be on a VTT, and rules are largely as written but flexible.
Homebrew rules
- Drinking a potion and giving one to an ally can be a bonus action. - Crunchy crits: attack does max damage plus a roll of the damage dice

How Andrew Cox creates a safe table
We will have a session 0, and I will provide a sheet players can privately provide details of any content matter to avoid. I take all player concerns seriously and will address any table issues tactly and promptly.
