About the adventure
Grayce is a small town, but the troubles here are growing! With a long history of safety, will you be able to keep the town safe? Rumors, strange happenings, and dangerous schemes are drawing attention to a place that would much rather be left alone. The question is: where will you start? In this modular Pathfinder 2e mini-campaign, your party chooses which adventures to pursue. Rather than following a single predetermined path, you'll investigate the problems that interest you most and make choices about which leads to follow. Session 0 will be mostly handled in Discord, with an optional in-Foundry Session 0 for free. Each Player also gets their first real session free. You'll start at level 2 and reach level 5 during the last adventure, with your group choosing 3 adventures from a larger selection of 6 through Discord discussion and roleplay. Your choices determine which parts of Grayce's story you experience. This is a campaign about exploration, investigation, roleplay, and making meaningful choices, with plenty of opportunities for Pathfinder 2e's tactical combat. What to Expect System: Pathfinder 2e Starting Level: 2 Ending Level: 5 Length: 3 adventures, with each adventure designed to fit into approximately 3-hour sessions Party Size: 3–5 players VTT: Foundry VTT Come to Grayce with a character or choose a pregenerated Iconic character and follow the mystery wherever it leads.

About me
Hello and welcome! I’m Billyfrog, and I run tabletop roleplaying games built around community, tactical depth, and shared storytelling. For me, GMing is much more than monster and rules, it’s about creating a warm, stress-free space where players can unplug, connect with awesome people, and feel empowered to try incredible things. Whether we’re rolling dice virtually or with physical dice at home, my goal is always the same: to deliver a welcoming, accessible environment where everyone gets their moment in the spotlight. Outside of GMing, I love cultivating plants, caring for my pets, and playing modern Board Games. If you’re looking for a campaign that balances deep mechanical choices with a relaxed, non-judgmental atmosphere, you’ve found the right table!

Creating your character
Character creation is very flexible. You can build your own character prior to Session 1 and if you want any help, I'm happy to help you in Discord. If you prefer, I have ready-to-play pregenerated characters that are always available. Recommended Tool: Pathbuilder 2e (free web tool) - it makes tracking options and building your character easier. Player Choice First: If you prefer Paizo books, Archives of Nethys, or another builder, you're welcome to just share your final sheet with me before we play so I can import it into Foundry. Starting Level: 2 Allowed Content: All official, standard Paizo Pathfinder 2e sources. No third-party options (e.g. Battlezoo). All non-unique ancestries are available — note that Large and Tiny ancestries carry some spatial/reach challenges in combat. Variant Rules in Use: Free Archetype, Gradual Ability Boosts, Automatic Bonus Progression Whether you want to theorycraft or you are a beginner, I'm happy to chat in Discord.

What to expect
Preparing for the session
1. Have a Discord Account & Mic: Ensure you have a free Discord account and a working microphone. Once you sign up on StartPlaying, you will get the Discord invite link. 2. Log In Using a Computer: Join using a laptop or desktop computer with a standard-sized screen and a modern browser. Foundry VTT will not work on phones or tablets, as it requires a standard display size and basic graphics processing to render the game maps properly. Forge (FoundryVTT hosting) is free and No VTT account or software downloads are required! 3. Jump Right In (No Tech Stress!) You don't need to have a character pre-made or master any software before game day. I can help you pick a pregenerated iconic or build a character before we play, and I'm always happy to teach and assist you with the digital tools so you feel comfortable and confident at the table.
What Billyfrog brings to the table
A Streamlined, Player-Friendly Foundry Setup: I invest a lot of care into prepping the virtual tabletop so your play experience is smooth, intuitive, and frustration-free. Tested Maps & Lighting: Fully pre-configured lighting and wall vision for seamless exploration. In-Game Reference Guides: Handy rules summaries and action cheat sheets are built right into Foundry for easy viewing. Atmosphere & Playstyle Ambient Soundscapes: Curated background audio brings every location and tactical encounter to life. Zero-Pressure Roleplay: Roleplay with me as much as you like, or just roll dice! Enjoy the game how you'd like in a comfortable, supportive space. Tactical "Action-Puzzle" Combat: Engaging encounters that reward positioning, teamwork, and creative strategy. Rules-As-Intended Philosophy: We follow official rules for stability, but logic, player intent, and narrative fun always win over pedantic rule-lawyering. A Patient, Supportive GM: You get a GM dedicated to your fun. I keep a smooth pace, happily guide you through the software and mechanics whenever needed, and ensure a friendly, welcoming table where everyone gets to shine.
Homebrew rules
Official Variant Rules: Free Archetype, Gradual Ability Boosts, and Automatic Bonus Progression are used in all campaigns. House Rules: Helping Hand: Use an Interact action to assist an adjacent Prone ally, allowing them to stand using their Reaction. Two-Handed Draw & Sheathe: An Interact action lets you draw or sheathe with both hands. Seamless Retraining: Character retraining or rebuilding requires only GM approval (granted freely between sessions) with no downtime cost. Hero Point System: Start sessions with up to 3 Hero Points (earned through Discord activity, early check-ins, and being ready on time). Rerolls keep the higher result and can be shared with party members. Hero Points recharge after breaks when used.

Safety
How Billyfrog creates a safe table
Your safety and comfort at the table are top priorities. Before Session 1, every player has a chance to set Veils and Lines. Session 0 covers table expectations directly: cooperative, non-PvP play; a zero-tolerance policy on hate speech, harassment, and bullying; and an explicitly LGBTQ+-friendly, inclusive table. During the game, players can pause, step away, or flag a concern at any time with no explanation required. Outside of session, a private GM ticket system and a fully anonymous feedback channel in our Discord server are always open for feedback, boundary requests, or concerns — I address anything raised without identifying who brought it up. After intense scenes and after the sessions, we take a few minutes for to debrief and check-in before wrapping up.
