About the adventure
Welcome to CAMP UPROAR! The students here are some of the brightest in the world of Aemeron, completely accommodated and encouraged to grow in their powers and abilities. They are the lifeblood of Camp Uproar, undoubtably, but its Counselors are the backbone. That's where you come in! Racing across the paintball field to save campers from a loose Gorgon, keeping the Riding Wyvern's from getting the petting zoo, or even stopping a rival camp from stealing the Fire Demon that keeps the campfire hot! The adventures to be had around Camp Uproar are aplenty, and you'll be able to test your DH chops and encounter a new monster each week. Your adventures will be family friendly, and focused around protecting campers, with the possibility of turning into a longer campaign if the group would allow.

Meet the Game Master
About me
Hey hi! My name is Lexi, otherwise known as @blackgirlmage on Twitter, Hive, and Twitch! I'm a Professional Game Master, streamer, writer, and storyteller who loves running homebrew games and modules with homebrew twists on them! I love improv with players and creating an exciting, unpredictable, and unforgettable games from the modules we all know and love! I love exploring the parts of TTRPG's that make me (and players most compatible with my playstyle) passionate! Such as roleplaying, combat, and character-focused campaigning, focused on taking the colonialism out of standard high fantasy adventure. If you want to play in games that take your character from the world they know and launch them into deep depths of story, from dramatic to absolutely comedic-- you'll want to join me!

Creating your character
You can book me for a Building Characters in Daggerheart session, or reate a level 1 character in Daggerheart on your own using Daggerheart Nexus or Heart of Daggers. If you decide to use a paper sheet, just send me a picture so I have a reference! Only classes available in the SRD, no homebrew unless approved by me! When you create your character, please send it in the characters chat!
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Bring your webcam, a functional mic, and a quiet room to play in! Seeing each other is important for timing and roleplay, so we'll be utilizing our cameras for this campaign. A basic understanding of Daggerheart, an inspiring character concept, and your Discord along with any number of dice (physical/virtual) should get you far!
What Lexi brings to the table
I'll bring the safety tool talk, the maps, the descriptions and an intercultural world! I'll bring my knowledge of the system and will also have a world built out for you of potentially dangerous (but always intriguing) adventures that will await you!

How Lexi creates a safe table
Hello! As an improv-based GM I'm more than excited to play games with you, but firstly, we can't improv without knowing the boundaries of our fellow players! Longstanding campaigns will receive a free session 0, where we'll go over many things like introductions, player experience, things we want from the genre/game, and lines and veils. I use an anonymous Lines and Veils sheet to determine group Lines/Veils that we will carry throughout the game, and will present the usage of how X/N/O's will work while remotely! I also will present the usage of Rescripting, which gives you the power to rewrite any detail of your choices/my description if something comes up during the game, allowing for improvisational safety as the game goes on. I will read off the expected Content for the adventure and check against our lines and veils before the start of our game. After the game, I'll send out a Stars and Wishes form for each player to fill out!
