About the adventure
🕰️ Weekly | 3-4 hours per session 🎲 Beginner-Friendly & Veteran Players Welcome 🎮 Levels 1-11 | D&D 5.5/5e (Combined rules, More info in Session 0) 🎧 Run in Discord and Roll20 | DnDBeyond support 🗓️ Session 0 Free | Safety Tools and Consent Forms 🏳️🌈 Friendly table that runs with respect, communication, and inclusion Resurrection has failed. A necromantic curse has crept across the world, and everyone ever raised from the dead is wasting away... A slow slide back toward a grave that won't give them up a second time. The source lies somewhere in Chult: a steaming peninsula of untamed rainforest, ruined temples, warring factions, and dinosaurs, all circling a secret buried in the deadliest dungeon in D&D. You've been sent to find it. Few who enter the jungle come back. None come back unchanged. 🌴 Explore the amazing and expansive setting | Jungle, Temples, Pirates, Lost Cities 🦖Deadly enemies (DINOS), Evil cults, and memorable NPCs 🗺️ Adventurous jungles | Exploration, Real Survival tension, Classic D&D Hex-crawl ☠️ Deadly traps and encounters, High-level combat, Puzzles You will love this campaign if... - You love hard combat, harder puzzles, and deadly repercussions - You love role-playing a character's response to potential death and how it affects them - You love survival, exploring, uncovering rich lore, and piecing the puzzle together DO NOTE: this module as written is NOT for the faint of heart. Death is permanent and the Temple and environment are unforgiving. Do not roll up a character that you aren't okay with dying. If a character does die, another may enter! Module as written trigger warnings: Death, Disease, Dead corpses/undeath, general Dnd gore (I never go in-depth because it icks me out), genocide in the backstory, ritual human sacrifice, slavery references in past, implied torture and captivity, implied cannibalism, snakes everywhere, general jungle insects, water hazards, animal and dinosaur death (hunting focused or self-defense rogue dinos), Madness/insanity themes, light posession, some humanoid tribes that will be antagonistic no matter what *While there are some things that I can water down, there are others written into the foundation of the module. If you have ANY questions, you can message me to inquire or shoot me a message on Discord (zarithemuse) The Table I'll Run: I'm a storyteller who runs atmospheric, character-driven games with distinct NPC voices and a real sense of place. Chult should feel alive and a LOT menacing, but the table itself is warm, welcoming, and safe. I always use a Session 0, open communication, and consent tools, so the dread stays on the characters, not the players. Newcomers are absolutely welcome if you like hard mode; I'll teach you everything. Veterans, expect the meat-grinder done right!

About me
A lover of storytelling and writing, Zari's life goal is to inspire people through her words, providing a safe space and drawing together a community of like-minded people. She discovered Dungeons and Dragons in late 2017 and dove in headfirst, immediately sliding into the Dungeon Master seat. Her approach has always been centered around the story and characters, immediately building immersive worlds and dynamic stories for the players to seamlessly integrate. Zari enjoys the improvisation and collaborative writing aspect of Dungeons and Dragons (and other TTRPGs) and loves making all at the table feel included, important, and comfortable. She has built three total worlds, ran two full homebrew campaigns and several homebrew mini-campaigns, and played in many other table settings. Zari currently works as a Bookkeeper, Twitch Streamer/Youtuber, Writer, and now business owner. She is currently working on her debut novel, with several other books and series on the backburner, as well as continuing to write for DnD. She loves her Twitch community dearly and enjoys streaming and recording gaming content, co-working encouragement, and DnD sessions. Living in New Jersey with her fiancé and their three adorable cats, Lily, Neptune, and Ryu, she works hard to maintain a healthy and creative lifestyle, with a love for cooking, working out, and reading.

Creating your character
We will be covering all of this and answering questions in Session 0! D&D 5.5/5e combined (I have ways to balance this) Level 1 to start Roll for Stats (in the discord server!) or use point buy You can roll for HP or take average, but you have to stick with it the whole way (in discord server) I prefer the characters are created in DND Beyond or Roll20! Do NOT buy anything for this, I have quite a bit purchased and can homebrew/fake the rest :D You are welcome to select any backgrounds: If you pick a 5e background, you will also gain an additional of your choice feat at level 1 to match the 5.5e backgrounds Homebrew options open if balanced! Starting equipment and gold per background Note: I'm okay with most spells and spell transitions between 5.5e & 5e, however, we will be using 5e Healing spells across the table to keep things balanced! What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need to sign up for a FREE Roll20 account If you would like to use DnD Beyond (you can do a free account), you can use the Beyond20 Extension to auto-roll to Roll20 This will be run in a Discord Server, so you will need a discord account, and a steady way to voice chat. Cameras are optional and only used if all people agree to the rules.
What Zari brings to the table
I use maps for combat and exploration in this campaign, with some theater of the mind (no maps) moments. I personally always love music and ambient sound in Roll20! You are welcome to mute it. I do have a more of a Rule of Cool mindset, but the rules are still amazing boundaries. Everything comes down to DM say, and my goal is to make things fair and fun!
Homebrew rules
- Drinking potions is a bonus action or if you use an action, it's max HP - Flanking rules (I can explain this!)

How Zari creates a safe table
I send a form with the table rules, a poll for what the players want/like in a campaign, and the RPG consent form (Red, Yellow, Green stoplight). We will be going over this in session 0. I am an open communicator, and will have a open direct messages for any no questions asked pauses, stops, etc. There is a list of trigger warnings on the description, as this is a very dark module. There is a lot I can fade into the background, and a lot I cannot. Make sure to read the TW and send me a message if you have specific questions!! After session, I stay for a bit for people to chat and wind down, and am open to meet off session for any questions, concerns, or communication. I also send session wrap ups (optional, no requirement) to give players a chance to reflect and communicate any issues.
