About the adventure
Have you always wanted to try Pathfinder Second Edition, but did not know where to begin? This campaign is built for new players. No experience with Pathfinder 2e, Foundry VTT, or tabletop roleplaying games. As your Top-GM my job will be to teach you the rules as we play, help you create a character you will love, and guide you through Foundry in the most fun possible way. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT • No experience required • Choose a pregen or create your own hero • Learn Pathfinder 2e with a Top GM • Get the most out of PF2e on Foundry VTT • Explore, roleplay, investigate, fight, survive • Enjoy gothic horror that begins lightly and grows darker Start as a beginner. Become a hero. YOUR JOURNEY FROM BEGINNER TO HERO The campaign is divided into three parts, each with its own story, challenges, and hard-won victory. SECRETS OF THE UNLIT STAR | LEVELS 1 TO 2 Your first adventure begins in the mist-shrouded land of Ustalav. While travelling near Grayce, a mysterious pull leads you into the marshes. Half-buried ruins wait beneath the mud, marked by a butterfly carved in stone and a faint glow of starlight. Then the ground collapses beneath you. Explore forgotten chambers, face the creatures within, and uncover the strange magic beneath the marsh. Survive your first dungeon and take your first steps as adventurers. TROUBLES IN GRAYCE | LEVELS 2 TO 4 The peaceful town of Grayce is coming apart. A series of strange and increasingly deadly events threatens the community. A dangerous cryptid stalks the surrounding lands, a sinister scientist has left secrets behind in an abandoned home, a hidden hag advances her schemes, and a murderous vampire preys upon the innocent. Follow the trail, uncover what is happening in Grayce, and protect the town before these horrors consume it. By the end, you will no longer be inexperienced travellers. You will have become the heroes Grayce desperately needs. BASTION OF BLASPHEMIES | LEVELS 5 TO 15 Florin Kindler lost her parents after a visit from the Black Coach of Bastardhall. The castle does not return those it takes. Enter its cursed halls, investigate generations of disappearances, confront restless spirits and monsters, and uncover the truth behind a centuries-old curse. Will you break the curse and escape, or become the latest names in Bastardhall’s history of disappearances? Learn the game. Survive the darkness. Become the heroes Ustalav needs.

About me
There is a rhythm to a good game. You can hear it in the dice, in the pauses between decisions, in the way people slip into character without even realizing it. That is where stories live, as I sit behind the screen to narrate them. Hi, I am Davide. I have been running games for more than two decades, and I love building stories that can linger long after the final roll in the form of friendships and memories. My love for storytelling began with my father’s voice. He had a way of narrating tales that filled a room with magic. Every pause, every glance, every word carried meaning. That feeling never left me, and it is what I have been chasing ever since, to recreate that sense of wonder at the table. As a parent raising a Neurodivergent child, I have learned to listen with more than just ears. Patience and empathy have become part of who I am and taught me how much people sometimes need a moment away from everything life has decided to throw in our direction. That is what running a game means to me: offering a space where imagination can flourish. A space where time slows down just enough for our inner child to step forward and play again.

Creating your character
Durin Session 0, I will provide pre-made character sheets for you to choose from, or guide you through a step-by-step character creation with tools such as pathbuilder, or directly into foundry, after you sign up or at the start of the game.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Before we begin, please make sure you’re set up with the following: A free Sqyre account – the game is hosted on Foundry via Sqyre A Discord account – used for voice chat and session coordination A working microphone and either a reasonably quiet environment or the ability to use push-to-talk A stable internet connection – Foundry requires consistent bandwidth to function properly A computer capable of running Foundry VTT in a browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended). Alternatively you can use FLC, a browser specifically design to support foundry. Access to Pathbuilder 2e – we’ll use this for character creation and progression
What Firehouse Games brings to the table
As a GM, I focus on delivering a polished, immersive experience using high-quality assets and tools. When you join this game, here’s what you can expect: 🎞️ Premium Foundry VTT modules 🎵 Ambient music, soundscapes, and triggered sound effects 🔥 Combat animations, spell effects, and dynamic lighting 🗺️ High-resolution maps with fog of war, lighting, and elevation 🛠️ Fully hosted on Sqyre, accessible 24/7 For a system like Pathfinder 2e, I prefer to stick closely to the rules. The mechanics are masterfully designed, and I believe they create exciting, fair, and rewarding gameplay when used as written. If you enjoy a system that respects your tactical choices and offers depth at every level, you’ll feel right at home here.

How Firehouse Games creates a safe table
Before the game begins, we will have a short Session 0 where I go over expectations, table etiquette, tone, and how the game will be played. I will also ask players if there are any topics, themes, or triggers I should be aware of. No one is expected to share personal details or explain anything they are uncomfortable discussing. A simple “please avoid this topic” is enough. Players can bring this up openly, message me privately, or let me know after the session if something comes up later. During play, players are always welcome to ask for a pause, take a break, or message me privately if something feels uncomfortable. After the session, I also leave space for a quick check-in, feedback, or anything that needs to be adjusted going forward. The goal is to keep the table welcoming, respectful, and fun for everyone.
