About the adventure
New Haven, CT. 1986 It's been nearly 10 years since the fall of the usurper Prince and the rise of the Toreador to the throne. The immortals of New Haven settle into their new Praxis, as the board is shuffled and new faces rise to redefine immortal politics. In the barrens, the Anarchs' unrest starts to organize into something more recognizable, as their first Baron rises to occasion and rallies their cries into a recognizable movement. Worst of all, it seems to attract the attention of the opportunistic Sabbat, who see the shifts in city politics as their chance to shake the Domain a little more. And yet... something feels amiss, and not all is what it seems. This is a new era for the Kindred of New Haven. The last two decades of the 20th century, a new Praxis, a board refreshed full of opportunity. Their city stands right in the middle of greater powers and conflicts, between the Sabbat-ridden New York and the internal conflicts of broader New England, this is NH's chance to set itself apart and stand as a Domain to be reckoned. While strife and conspiracy take the domain by storm, only those smart enough to peek behind the curtains will rise to the top, while the rest bleed dry on the unforgiving streets. The dice are cast. Now it's your turn to make a move. [VERY 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 || BEGINNER FRIENDLY || NO AI] Welcome to another chapter of New Haven by Night! The 80's shake the city from the ground up. A lot has changed since the new Prince rose to the throne. The Clans redefined, outsiders make their claims, and exterior threats close in to take their own piece of the pie. This is a game of political intrigue and conspiracy. With the praxis still fresh, the domain is changing constantly, with both Elder and Neonate setting their own board of games and political plays to prepare themselves for the end of the millennium and be one step ahead of their rivals in the eternal Jyhad of the immortals. While at first glance a conflict of factions, some Kindred are beginning to realize not everything is adding up between the Sabbat incursion and the Anarchs rallying. And the Camarilla's enemies will be sorry to find the young Prince is not as naive as they hoped. A 20th Anniversary game stylistically aligned with Revised, this is a game for those who thrive on mysteries and the horror side of vampiric politics. Between survival and ascension, humanity and ambition, what lines will you cross to bring order to this domain, and set yourself apart in the courts of ivory? Will you fight to save what's left of your humanity, or will you reach the depths of depravity to stand victorious among the damned? This is a story for ambitious Kindred, characters willing to explore the darkest corners, and unveil the mysteries of this city to define it's future and their own standing. This is your story now, Kindred. Welcome to the rest of your death.

About me
Hello, I'm Lara Lee, but you can just call me Lee! I've been completely in love with TTRPGs for years now, an as an artist have always love creating and sharing those passions with others. Building worlds and rich character casts to explore all kinds of stories with people is a huge drive in my life. My games always aim to provide rich stories centered around the players and their own drives. From horror to romance to wild adventures, a lot of queerness, and a place where people can belong and tell their own story.

Creating your character
As a group, we will work on character creation together during the free Session 0. I will help everyone through the process and we will discuss together how to better fit each and every character and concept into the setting and story in a way that works and is fun for everyone. Beyond that, I will always be available for one-on-one help with the character.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
• Discord (Required) • The Forge Account (Required) • Microphone (Required) All the necessary material will be available on Foundry (hosted through The Forge) at all times. Players are expected to familiarize themselves with the setting and their character motivations during session zero. My goal is to make learning the system and its rules as easy and accessible as possible throughout the game, and I also offer one-on-one time in case extra help is needed in learning the ropes or making a compelling character that is fun for you to play.

How LeeKat creates a safe table
Session Zero, as well the days leading up to it and those leading up to first session, will be used for character creation, discussing everything that will be explored within the game and how the campaign will work, and we'll also use that time to get to know each other, where everyone's limits are, and how we can make this the best possible experience. This is our time to clarify any and everything about the game, characters, and expectations, and make sure everyone is on the same page. Session 0 is free of charge. We'll use Monte Cook's checklist as the starting point for our Lines and Veils, so that everyone can keep in mind their peer's limits and preferences. I provide all safety tools through Foundry in an easy and practical way for players to communicate whether a scene needs to be paused or skipped, as well as ways to "raise your hand" if there is any need to interject and make any of your needs known. Besides the tools available to everyone, all players can privately DM me for any matters they'd rather discuss privately at any point during or after a session. Stars and Wishes as well as Aftercare is how we keep the group dynamic healthy and help each other shape the game to something is more enjoyable to everyone, exchanging feedback as needed, discussing any changes that might be required, and praising everyone for a job well done as well as making sure boundaries are respected. This is the moment where players can voice their desires for the game going forward, and I will always keep and open line of communication of any issues are needed to be discussed privately. The game is roleplay-heavy and focuses on how the characters navigate their environment and interact with the world. Naturally, that also means the focus of the story will always be the players and their desires. Regardless of "plot", it is the players who shape the narrative to their liking, and a fun story everyone enjoys is always the priority. Above all, a safe and comfortable environment for people to express themselves is the most important thing.
