About the adventure

Tree Island is a continent out in the middle of a sea weeks upon weeks away from any other area. From the jungles, plains, and mountains all over, the criminal element has noticed that the Theran Guard under King Cedric "the Goblet" is too exhausted from the civil war in Thera to protect the island properly. Gena Holdstead was told that she was being sent in with a very small amount of troops and resources to squash was seems to be a criminal insurgency. But she also getting special recruits to help her get the edge she needs: you. Great for beginners of DND and creative, Rule of Cool campaign

About me

I plan my campaigns carefully while staying flexible enough to follow player ideas and let the story evolve naturally at the table. My focus is on creating a fun, immersive experience where player choices matter. I use Roll20 along with curated audio and visual aids to support the game without overwhelming it. I have a creative writing background, and I run fast, fluid combat that keeps momentum high and avoids unnecessary slog. Session Zero is a collaborative space where we’ll talk about your character, motivations, and backstory so the story can meaningfully react to you. I also make sure everyone—new or experienced—feels comfortable with Roll20 and combat flow before the campaign begins. My goal is a table that feels focused, welcoming, and worth your time. Expect roleplay-forward sessions, clear rulings, and a table that respects everyone’s time.

Character creation

Creating your character

We will set up character sheets in Roll 20 and I'll start session zero or first session using story to flesh out your backstory and character motivations

What to expect

Preparing for the session

I add you to the Discord, we plan the session time, and then I get you set up in Roll 20. Once we do that, we play.

What Corey brings to the table

I will use my imagination and found art to guide you through locations and challenges, allow you to interact with the world. Every session will be thought out and something essential will happen towards the plot before the end. No session is the same.

Homebrew rules
