About the adventure

For generations, the world has called Belkzen a wasteland of monsters and danger. To you, however, it is a land of possibility and, more importantly, home. The mountains, plains, and ancient holds have shaped your people through hardship, resilience, and survival. Every scar upon the land tells a story. Every hold carries traditions worth protecting. Now, after centuries of division, High Steward Ardax dreams of something no one thought possible: a truly united Belkzen. This year, you will attend the historic Torrentmoot, where old rivals gather in hopes of forging a new future. But celebration quickly gives way to catastrophe. As ancient ancestor storms darken the skies, betrayal festers within Belkzen's own holds, threatening to tear the nation apart before it can stand together. What begins as diplomacy will become a desperate struggle for your homeland. Throughout this adventure path, you will defend your people and livestock from rising undead, broker peace between rivals, uncover deeply-rooted conspiracies, infiltrate enemy strongholds, and stand at the forefront of Belkzen's greatest coalition in thousands of years. Every victory brings your people one step closer to lasting unity. Triumph of the Tusk tells the story from the orcs' perspective. Belkzen isn't a wilderness to conquer, but rather a vibrant homeland built on ingenuity, perseverance, family, and the determination to survive against impossible odds. ---------- "Oops, All Orcs!" - Every player character must be of orc ancestry or heritage, or raised by orcs from birth (adoptive ancestry or equivalent backstory). - To allow non-orc PCs the opportunity to save the orc homeland might perpetuate a harmful savior mindset and pull focus away from the orcish people's resilience. ---------- Whether you're a battle-hardened warrior, a cunning crafter, a devoted shaman, or an ambitious diplomat, your character belongs to Belkzen. This is your home. Your history. Your future. The world has spent centuries telling Belkzen's story. Now, it's the orcs' turn.

About me

Expect: - Converted, Reworked, and Updated Adventures - High-Res Map Rebuilds - Immersive Audio - Dynamic Lighting, Vision, and Sound - Multi-Level Maps - Thoughtful World-Building and Character Integration - Vetted, 3rd-Party Content I pair my skills in storytelling with a strong understanding for dynamic immersion in Foundry VTT to produce an experience that feels like interactive theater at a digital story table. My goal for players is to bring characters into our table that move stories forward in a collaborative setting. My goal as a GM is to provide players with immersive challenges that build unforgettable story arcs and bring out the best in their characters. Experience: - Background in tabletop podcasting and streaming with professional sound and high-quality digital platforms - Background in theater, public speaking, and middle school teaching - Lifetime of creative writing and fantasy world-building as a hobby - Strong grasp for immersive audio and multi-level maps in Foundry VTT, with the tools and modules needed to automate much of what happens at the table (without taking away from a player's understanding for the game) Table guidelines: - All are welcome, so long as you are welcoming to others. - Practice active listening. - Collaborate with other players to bring the story forward. - Allow other players their moments of spotlight. - Bring on the silly! Have fun with character moments; just make sure they make sense for the character, group, and story. - Published, third-party and homebrew content may be used only if it has been vetted by me and it has a functioning Foundry VTT module to make gameplay accessible. My focus as the GM must remain on storytelling, not building computer automation for one's character. Whether you are new to TTRPGs or have played longer than I have, I hope you'll join me for some collaborative fun. Thanks so much, and I look forward to telling unforgettable stories together 💫

Character creation

Creating your character

Characters will begin at Level 3. I recommend Pathbuilder 2E or Wanderer's Guide as a character-builder. Please also take a look at Archives of Nethys for Pathfinder 2E, Paizo's online rule-set. We will use the free archetype and ancestry paragon variant rules for this game.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Once you sign up for the game, I will share a Discord server invitation link with you. All of the links you will need to explore the rule-set, to set up an account on our Virtual Tabletop, and to begin planning a character concept will be located in the Discord server.

What Jamie Emma brings to the table

I will take care of the world-building, NPC voices, in-game music, virtual tabletop, rules management, and player engagement. All I need from you is a willingness to explore the setting and build a story together!

Homebrew rules

We will not be using homebrew rules in this game, but we will use the free archetype and ancestry paragon variant rules.
