About the adventure
In a homebrew-ed version of the Feywilds where each season is governed by a collection of courts of various whims ,the empress has fallen dead fighting past adventurers who wished and succeeded to end her unjust rule. Now in a scramble to ensure the continuity of agreements between courts, uphold promises amongst the elites, and dictate the flow of magic throughout the land, a new ruler must be crowned. Perhaps you're a general who craves a less bloodthirsty ruler? A mother whose daughters were promised to the Empress' choice suitors? An unseelie who wants to watch it all crumble? In Session 0 we will build and meet your character and decide the ruler they wish for and the reasons why. The Party will build the story and we will collab to decide our motivation! I will be using 2014 dnd as well as races and background from Wild Beyond the Witchlight, however I'm open to any pitch as long as you're passionate about it!

I encourage using DNDBeyond to build characters after joining the campaign on DNDBeyond. In session 0 I'm happy to walk you through it, bounce ideas around, and answer every question you have!

Please have access to Discord and DndBeyond. You will get a link to both My Discord where we'll play and you can meet fellow players, as well as the DndBeyond Campaign we'll use for maps and combat!
What Captain Grae brings to the table
I bring an improvisors instinct. Curiosity, audacity, and the goal to try and trip me up will serve you well! My ultimate goal is create an awesome story so making big, ridiculous, brave character choices will always be great, however if roleplay is spooky I will walk you through and help you make the decisions you want! I bring home made lore, very doodly maps, lots of imperfection, and a chill but excited energy. Let's not take it too serious and get in the way of our own fun.

How Captain Grae creates a safe table
IN Session zero you will receive a consent checklist and as a table we will go over boundaries. At any point in any game, breaks can be taken as needed (yes absolutely interrupt me if needed). Finally I use a verbal red, yellow, green stoplight system to handle heavier subject matter and always stop and talk out issues if needed.
