About the adventure
You are among the first colonists sent to establish a new settlement on an unclaimed world at the edge of the Vast. The planet is wild, beautiful, and largely unknown. It is filled with strange ecosystems, ancient ruins, and alien megafauna. As your colony makes planetfall, however, you immediately make contact with a surprisingly helpful variation of monsters called eldamon. Unlike anything you've seen before, they are fairly intelligent, quite powerful, and capable of unique bonds with intelligent life. In this Starfinder 2E adaptation of Horizons of the Vast, eldamon are a new discovery native to your frontier world and previously unknown to galactic science. Your characters will be among the first to encounter them, study them, and form bonds with them. At the start of the campaign, you are explorers and colonists. As you survey territory, defend your settlement, and investigate alien mysteries, you find that the success of your colony may rely on your ability to bond with the eldamon and discover the lost secrets of Weydana-4. Through cooperation, trust, and shared survival, you will form bonds that shape your expedition and future home. Together, you will: - Establish and develop a growing colony - Explore diverse planetary biomes - Investigate ancient ruins - Navigate faction politics and rival expeditions - Document and understand newly discovered eldamon - Defend your settlement from environmental and cosmic threats As your bonds with the eldamon deepen, they will grow alongside you. What will begin as frontier survival may become a new chapter in galactic history. This game is ideal for players who enjoy: - Frontier exploration and planetary discovery - First-contact science fiction - Meaningful companion bonds and creature partnership - Colony-building through mystery, intrigue, and dangerous exploration - Meaningful, long-term consequences that shape the trajectory of the adventure This adventure will blend classic creature-collector games with Starfinder's science fantasy , framed within a story of discovery and community. You are pioneers on a dangerous mission, and your eldamon will share in that role. While you didn't set out to change the galaxy, it is clear that unexpected horizons of science, discovery, adventure, and excitement await.

About me
Expect: - Converted, Reworked, and Updated Adventures - High-Res Map Rebuilds - Immersive Audio - Dynamic Lighting, Vision, and Sound - Multi-Level Maps - Thoughtful World-Building and Character Integration - Vetted, 3rd-Party Content I pair my skills in storytelling with a strong understanding for dynamic immersion in Foundry VTT to produce an experience that feels like interactive theater at a digital story table. My goal for players is to bring characters into our table that move stories forward in a collaborative setting. My goal as a GM is to provide players with immersive challenges that build unforgettable story arcs and bring out the best in their characters. Experience: - Background in tabletop podcasting and streaming with professional sound and high-quality digital platforms - Background in theater, public speaking, and middle school teaching - Lifetime of creative writing and fantasy world-building as a hobby - Strong grasp for immersive audio and multi-level maps in Foundry VTT, with the tools and modules needed to automate much of what happens at the table (without taking away from a player's understanding for the game) Table guidelines: - All are welcome, so long as you are welcoming to others. - Practice active listening. - Collaborate with other players to bring the story forward. - Allow other players their moments of spotlight. - Bring on the silly! Have fun with character moments; just make sure they make sense for the character, group, and story. - Published, third-party and homebrew content may be used only if it has been vetted by me and it has a functioning Foundry VTT module to make gameplay accessible. My focus as the GM must remain on storytelling, not building computer automation for one's character. Whether you are new to TTRPGs or have played longer than I have, I hope you'll join me for some collaborative fun. Thanks so much, and I look forward to telling unforgettable stories together 💫

Creating your character
Characters will begin at Level 1. I recommend Pathbuilder 2E or Wanderer's Guide as a character-builder. Please also take a look at Archives of Nethys for Pathfinder 2E, Paizo's online rule-set. We will use the free archetype and ancestry paragon variant rules for this game. ---------- Characters will either take the Battlezoo Eldamon Trainer class at Level 1 or the Eldamon Trainer Free Archetype at Level 2. ---------- Official Paizo Player's Guide: https://downloads.paizo.com/Horizons+of+the+Vast+Players+Guide.pdf
