About the adventure
You are headed to the Osnato region, one that is for the most part untouched by human civilization. To preserve this land, many regions helped fund a school on the coast of the continent, "owning" all of the Osnato region so that they could provide a meaningful education to its students. However, many of Osnato's greatest mysteries have yet to be found, and not all is as what it seems at Brightheart Academy. The game itself will have lots of roleplay, but will not skimp out on combat. I aim to have at LEAST one combat encounter per 2 sessions, but this limit rarely happens. This is not a dungeon crawl campaign, though their may be 2-3, they won't take tons of sessions. This game is also made to accommodate all experience levels in PTA, as well as TTRPG's. Just tell me your experience, and I will mold the world to fit what you will need for an optimal play experience.

About me
I have been both playing TTRPGs and GMing for about 5 years now. I have always been fascinated in telling stories, and not only a flat dimensional story like a book or movie, but a constantly evolving one. I started out with D&D, but I am hoping to branch out to even more than I already have, because there are so many ways to live different fantasies.

Creating your character
Starting level is lv 1. I usually allow characters to go wild with character creation, but always suggest if they want be central in the plot, they should collaborate with me to fit them into the world/narrative. Character creation is done before the first session, though I may have a one-on-one session (free) with a player to iron out their character before our first session. I also allow for homebrew, and encourage it if you have a great idea for a character. It would just have to be approved by me for balancing.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players will need a Foundry account and a discord account; the discord channel will be provided once joined.
What Like brings to the table
I as a GM like to go by "Rule of Cool," so most of what I do as a GM is designed for that. We are collaboratively telling a story together, so I will usually like to bend the rules a little bit to accommodate good storytelling. Because of my want to tell an enthralling and immersive story, I use music and character voices to transport the group to the world the best I can. To help with this "transportation," I also make maps for use. I'm not the greatest map maker, but I make them expansive and thorough, rather it be for battle maps, or maps of the general location you are near.

Safety
How Like creates a safe table
For safety at my table, I always hand out a classic X-N-O card to each player before our first meeting to see what specific contents they are effected by, and how much they are willing to see those themes play out, if at all. I also have an open door policy, so if something is to much a player may step out if they need, and have the expectation that nobody will judge them for it. I also like to check in from time to time with my players, for their overall experience, but also if they feel comfortable during their sessions.
