About the adventure
The influx of crime and supervillains has finally boiled over; now, with a real threat on a global scale, the many superheroes and world leaders have agreed that they need to train the next generation, and fast. However, you've found yourself in a difficult position. Whether it was because of your mistake, a chance at a new life, or hand-picked due to your abilities. You've skipped the tryouts and been placed directly into a new Superhero team sponsored by H.A.T. (Hero Academy of Tomorrow). You're in the field now; different heroes and villains all have eyes on you. Your mission? Protect the new generation while also stopping the various criminal organizations that seek to recruit influential youths. If you're a fan of the Marvel world, with the school aspects of My Hero, then this is the game for you.

About me
Greetings, my name's Jabber (online persona). I'm a twenty-three-year-old college graduate with an art degree, and I have a passion and love for storytelling. LoTr, The Hobbit, Narnia, Harry Potter, How to Train Your Dragon, Anime, Manga- I've consumed so much fantasy it's not even funny. The most significant aspect I have always taken from consuming that media is the story, which drove me into DnD as a whole. 2014 was when I really took a look at D&D as a whole. When I was at Books-A-Million with my mother, I convinced her to get me the Phandelver starter set, and from there, I never looked back. I fell in love with the game, and soon began meeting people who shared that joy. Eventually, I found myself behind the screen, running one-shots and crafting my own stories. When I got a job, buying books and commissioning art soon found their way into my life, followed by a plethora of Kickstarters. But my joy was seeing the players cheer, laugh, and cry as they explored the games I ran; it's what drives me to this day to run games. Now, here I am, wanting to bring what I can to the table as a professional GM, as a true testament to myself and what I have learned over the years. If you trust me with your time and character, it would be a great honor, and I will ensure you have the best time possible, feeling the same joy I do while running games.

Creating your character
There will be a session 0 prior to onboarding and character creation. Come with a modern-world perspective in mind; you don't need to know anything about Marvel, just the willingness to learn!
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You'll need a Discord account for the server, which will be sent upon joining, and a Sqyre account for the Foundry server; other than that, just bring an eager and open mind!
What Jabber brings to the table
My goal as a GM is to give you a great time and immerse you in the world. Using a variety of tools listed below. Captivating Visuals and Atmospheric Audio: With a plethora of soundscapes, music, and detailed scenes, you'll feel as if you've landed in the real world, with ancient myths and legends to uncover. Player-Focused Narrative Freedom: I am, and always will be, about player freedom and expression; your choices matter, for better or worse. Take pride in knowing you'll affect this world, one way or another. Tools forged with comfort in mind: Dnd is an escape from real-world drama and the heavy weight of life. In session 0 and throughout, I'll be making sure everyone is enjoying their time in the Marvel world. If something goes wrong, absolutely dm, and we'll take a break to address the matter! I'm looking forward to seeing what you'll bring to the table, just as I plan to bring everything I have!

Safety
How Jabber creates a safe table
We'll have a lengthy session 0 to go over all the situations that can and will happen in-game. We'll address concerns and make sure we honor the story's integrity. We'll also make sure no one has an unnecessary panic attack. Breaks will, ofc, happen throughout the game. I strive for two five-minute breaks and one 10-minute break in my games. That way, everyone gets a breather, but if something happens, shoot me a Dm, we'll take an immediate break to address the issue.
