About the adventure
Volothamp Geddarm sets the adventurers off on an urban-themed treasure hunt for a massive hoard of gold within the city of Waterdeep. Depending on the Dungeon Master's choice of season, the adventurers will ultimately face off with one or more villains... Create characters that are interested in the local guilds, searching for treasure, and are willing to fight, barter, or otherwise claim their prize! Eventually, they will be powerful enough to be ready for the Dungeon of the Mad Mage. This is a prequel adventure to Waterdeep: Dungeon of the Mad Mage with a Dungeon Meshi portion involving eating monsters, looting whacky dungeons, and hunting the Mad Mage himself!

About me
Hey there, adventurer! If you’re looking for an epic adventure to go on, for something intriguing to unravel, or for scary beasties to eat your character, you’ll find something at my table that is up your alley. If you don't see a time slot that you can make, please feel free to drop me a direct message here or on discord (theotherjoshart) and we can definitely work something out! I'm Josh (he/him), better known on the internet as Fried Dice. You might've seen me stream my Southeast Asian inspired games on Twitch, or if you live in little red dot called Singapore, you might've played in my games in-person! I’ve been running games professionally for over-half a decade now, and have taught hundreds of new players, shared tables with long-time veterans, and of course everyone else in between. 🍚Community Having run games on twitch, I’ve cultivated a community of TTRPG gamers across the globe. All varieties of experiences, backgrounds, and upbringings have come together and cultivate a safe and welcoming space. 🎲Experience I've ran over 20 campaigns to completion, both homebrew and pre-published campaigns. I've taught hundreds of people how to play D&D from running dozens of Learn to Plays. I primarily run online games on a Foundry, with both animated and static maps. I've run over 100+ online sessions, even more in-person games, encompassing one-shots, mini-arcs, and over 20 campaigns to completion. I’m always looking to learn new TTRPG systems and exploring new ideas. I would love to run games where on top of having fun, everyone grows a little. 🫚Fun and Spice I've been described as an Enabler Game Master by my players, and that fits the bill! I'm all about figuring out what the party wants to do, and making sure it happens. Wanna start a fantasy fast food chain? Let's get there. Want to turn into a dragon? We'll have to work hard for it, but it's not impossible! Do you want to feel like Frodo and the fellowship from Lord of the Rings? Let's make that happen. If all this sounds right up your street, the come by, and let’s have an amazing and memorable adventure together. Bring along a good attitude and respect for the fellow human, and you’ll find yourself right at home. ✨ CURRENTLY AVAILABLE for online games across multiple time zones. Want a taste?
