About the adventure

This is for a Play by Post setting that will be run through discord. The game will be focused in the West Port district in the city of Parasil in a custom fantasy setting using D&D5e as the base ruleset. Navigate the social circles of the city, uncover mysteries, make new friends and enemies. Gain power and notoriety as you combat enemies and forge alliances, advancing your character to greater levels of power (and friendship?) along the way. The PbP format, if you're not familiar gives the player more narrative control and leads to a more casual experience while managing to provide more depth of character and story. How it works: - Players will be able to privately navigate their stories individually; their paths crossing from time to time along the way - The Game Master will post updates as the player's input dictates, aiming for 2 posts a day on average to keep things moving. - Cost is $10 USD Every two weeks. This amount will be charged during the scheduled time each week; but the game is played throughout the week.

About me

When the last D20 is rolled the world will end. I've been sent back in time to reverse this through Dungeons and Dragons. Together we can save the world. I bring storylines that adapt to the players and love creative thinkers. I run a sandbox, narrative, and roleplay heavy(ish) custom setting with probably one combat or challenge encounter per session unless the players are dictating otherwise. I’m not really big on one-shots, my passion lies in campaigns. The ongoing epic stories the players guide and participate in makes for some amazing memories. I look forward to making new memories with my players. (No racists or homophobes need apply. LGBT+ friendly, all inclusive, people of all walks of life welcome. I love everyone and you should too.) Character creation

Creating your character

We will be starting at level two. For your ability scores take 70 and split that how you wish among your ability scores. This is not a point buy. Your ability scores will add up to 70. That's an average of 11.67 for each ability score.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

You'll need access to discord for text based chat; a character sheet, and access to google (or the 5e Players Handbook). It's all text based.
