About the adventure
Recently, troubling rumors have spread along the Coast Way. Refugees fleeing the neighboring city of Elturel speak of a catastrophe beyond comprehension. One moment the city stood as a beacon of civilization, its holy light visible for miles. The next, it was simply gone. No ruins. No warning. No explanation. Just an empty crater and thousands of missing souls. As fear and uncertainty grip the region, the Flaming Fist seeks (and conscripts) capable adventurers willing to investigate threats both within and beyond the city walls. What begins as a simple assignment soon draws you into a web of cults, corruption, ancient bargains, and infernal schemes that stretch far beyond the mortal world. The fate of Elturel may already be sealed. The question is whether Baldur’s Gate will be next, and whether you are willing to go to any lengths to stop it.
