About the adventure
You are powerful adventurers, veterans of the Flanaess, no strangers to epic deeds or dangerous secrets. A consortium of worried lords, merchant princes, and anxious wizards has called upon you to investigate the Peaks, stem the tide of aberrations, and discover what horror has stirred within the mountain. Success will bring wealth, renown, and favor across the central Flanaess. Failure may unleash something that could destabilize entire nations. This is a high-level Greyhawk campaign heavy on exploration, discovery, and moral weight. Expect rugged wilderness travel through contested borderlands, ancient Baklunish ruins, political maneuvering between proud nations and mercenary companies. Combat will be lethal and tactical, roleplay will matter, and clever plans will be richly rewarded. This is a sandbox-style game that respects player agency and loves when experienced players drive the story. There will be multiple paths, dangerous factions (some human, some far stranger), moral gray areas, and opportunities to shape the future of the region. Resource management, strongholds, and long-term consequences are all in play. If you enjoy classic high-level Greyhawk with a strong vein of weird science-fantasy, deadly mysteries, and the chance to leave your mark on the world before the storms of war gather, then saddle up, sharpen your blades, and prepare to venture where few heroes return unchanged.
