About the adventure
The senses lie. Glimpse truth and catharsis. Unlock unseen potential. The cursed city oozes with eldritch prospects and smothers one with its gothic air. You speed toward Luyarnha via an unsanctioned train. The polite attendant asks if you need anything. Tremulous, on edge. Arms, double-checked and ready. Traveling companions return your knowing look. This journey seethes with unwrought chaos and brutality, an apropos herald of things to come. This is a low power series of adventures that takes characters from 1st Level to 6th. It is set in a city inspired by “Bloodborne’s” Yharnam. It utilizes many additional rules from Steinhardt’s Guide to the Eldritch Hunt, including new monsters, madnesses, trick weapons, and more.

About me
Ehyo. My given name is Glen, but you may call me Thrakas. I once woke up with a tarantula on my chest. I am a tabletop role-playing and video game enjoyer, and burgeoning horror film connoisseur, and have far too many adorable cats. I have been a GM for about 25 years and have run most editions of Dungeons & Dragons and played in a wider variety of systems. When not running games I am... 📒Preparing for the next session. 📅Planning the next game. 🐈Spoiling my cats. 😱Watching a scary movie or TV show. 👻Reading a spooky story. 🎮Playing a video game

Creating your character
You may get a head start on concepts and mechanics but keep in mind that we have character creation goals that are easier to achieve together during session 0. 🤝 Tie the player characters to each other. 🌃 Tie the player characters to the city of Luyarnha. 🧭 Tie the player characters to the adventure and campaign. 🔪 Give the GM knives to stab the player-character. Be aware that any species/heritage other than elf, human, or orc or some combination of these will be an alien stranger. Anyone "orky" still has a pretty big stigma to overcome. Ability Scores (Elite Array): 15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 8 1st Level: A feat that you meet the prerequisites for or an Ability Score Adjustment. Established species have a different perspective in Luyarha: Dwarf, Elf, Half-Elf, Human, Half-Orc, Orc; New species: Accursed Tiefling, Curse-Blood, Demidritch, Manikin, Scourgeborne; Jaeger is a new class that is available. Many alternate sub-classes are available. Backgrounds: Amnesiac, Beast Hunter, Cult Initiate, Disciple, Inquisitor, Investigator, Marked for Death, Scion, Worthless Husk;
