It wasn't until thousands had left their crowded, blighted homelands and settled in among the islands that they encountered the Scourge and wonders of the 𝒜𝒮𝐻 it left behind... --- "Buried in the Bahamas" is an introductory adventure for the rules-light game PIRATE BORG, a dark and dirty RPG about life in an alternate version of the Age of Piracy where magic and monsters are very, very real. In this adventure you'll cross swords with undead pirates, hunt for buried treasure, and learn of the dangers that lie in the Dark Caribbean.

About me
Hey y'all, I'm Chris. I'm a late 30-something Game Master from and currently living on the edge of Hillbilly Nation in the state of Kentucky. For a little north of the past 20 years I've usually been actively running, or thinking about running, some sort of tabletop roleplaying game. This will include an overview of how PIRATE BORG works as a system -- including how the randomized character creation system works.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You'll need a free Discord account, a microphone, and a headset (certain earbuds like Apple Earpods may also work). A desktop computer is also recommended but many laptop models are more than suitable. - Communication will be handled via a private Discord Server. Webcams are encouraged but not required. - All rules are contained in the VTT, but a player references will be provided by the Gamemaster. - You will need an account on https://www.sqyre.app to access the virtual tabletop.

How WickerGames creates a safe table
I use a Lines and Veils document to establish safety lines, but I make sure to have a talk about safety before our first session properly begins. In-game, I have an X-card system that I encourage anyone who's uncomfortable to use. There are absolutely zero instances of sexual assault or sexual harassment permitted in my games.
