About the adventure
Lustria is a mysterious place, kept that way by greater powers than the mere mortal folk of the Old World can understand. Rumours say its laden with gold, full of giant lizards and temples that touch the sky.. but few ever return to describe it. As you can imagine tales of such grandeur have lead many people to their deaths among the many hazards of the ancient jungle. Along the coast already settlements start to build and fall as quick as the hubris that is mankind is set for another venture into the unknown. However this is no normal land, the jungle is a untameable beast. Death comes in many forms, heat stroke, hunger and thirst, the creatures only in the corner of your eyes. Rain so fast and furious it washes the jungle floor away, great plains stalked by beasts indescribable and of course no where is safe from the foul ratmen.. This game is a sandbox campaign run using the Lustria WFRP 4e book. You will land at a settlement as part of a exhibition and follow rumours and intrigue at your own discretion as you explore this terrible place. You will eventually build your own settlement if your so lucky and become the legend your rat catcher farther could never be. We are aiming for 10-15 sessions.
