About the adventure
Today, the city of Bankburgh hosts a once-in-a-generation celebration: the first birthday party festival of Princess Gerdathraeg, heir to the throne! As partygoers fill the streets with frivolity, dignitaries from across the land gather in the royal palace’s great hall to present their extravagant gifts in a grand ceremony. But when a wish-granting tiara powered by the heart of a fallen star is stolen in a moment of magical darkness, joy turns to suspicion. With the castle locked tight and tensions rising, the heroes must uncover the thief hiding among the assembled elites. The investigation leads to a daring escape, a high-speed chase through the city, and a deadly confrontation with a master thiefwhose true nature is far more monstrous than it first appears.

About me
Years ago I started GMing a game for friends who missed playing TTRPGs. Since then, even though I improved as a story teller and a GM, one thing remained consistent - keeping heart at the focus of play. There's nothing like sitting around a table, in person or virtually, with people you like and you're all laughing at hijinks or at the edge of your seat invested in the story. That's the vibe I want to try to bring to you every game. Though setting and players may change from game to game, it's about all of us creating stories together. I started with Dungeons & Dragons 5e like many and will always have a place in my heart for it. However, I also have really enjoyed games like DIE RPG and Daggerheart allowing for a more fluid narrative.

Creating your character
This world has all sorts of ancestries, backgrounds, and classes. I'll provide 6 character sheets that provide a wide variety of play styles. I'll give them to you beforehand, and you'll choose your character! Before we start, you'll work with the rest of the group to ask background questions and build connections between each other, keeping things dynamic and allowing you to feel out your character further.
