About the adventure

This is a Paizo Official PF2e One Shot I am running with the intention of teaching newbies the system, but if you're experienced and want to tag along please do! This one shot takes place deep in the Mindspin mountains where the adventurers have been making names for themselves hunting monsters for gold. A reclusive, but clearly wealthy hunter sends the party an invitation to dinner with gold and a promise of more just for hearing him out! Hear out this oddball recluse and you're in for a dinner you won't soon forget! Pre-generated characters with backgrounds tied into the setting make it easy to settle in and enjoy the ride. I intend to run this one shot to its end; which will take approximately 4 hours. Pricing: If you leave a review after attending this one shot and then join a campaign of mine you will get the first full-price session you would attend of that campaign knocked down to $15! Meaning the first two sessions+the session zero will be the same cost as one normal session.

About me

Howdy ya’ll! I’m Peter and I got my start playing tabletops with DnD 3.5e at a friends birthday party when I was 13 and I’ve been hooked ever since. From there I started playing years of pathfinder 1e with my online gaming friends and transitioned into dming because I loved the storytelling opportunities. Tabletop roleplaying games have always been about community, fun, and expression for me so I do my best to cultivate it in any play space. I believe the most important and fun aspects of tabletop roleplaying come out in the collaboration of everyone involved to advance the story; and this can only happen when everyone feels safe, respected, and like they are an equal part of the story. My whole philosophy as a GM is centered around keeping the story collaborative and fun for everyone involved. Creating investment with my players is key: This always starts with a session 0 where we get everyone on the same page for expectations. Players who join campaigns later will at the least get a quick one on one session 0 to prep. As for details about myself I am a non-straight neurodivergent man doing my best to turn my biggest hobby and passion into a job so I can share the things I love about it with others. When I’m not furthering that goal I am devouring my favorite media which includes everything horror and fantasy on my couch with a lap full of my elderly kitties and my partner by my side.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

You just need discord and roll20. I'll send invites once you're accepted in game.

What Pert brings to the table

I bring my years of gming experience, knowledge of the system, and goofy theatrics to bring the scenes/characters to life. I do silly voices and my best to set the scene.

Safety

How Pert creates a safe table

For the brevity of a one shot I will mostly rely on breaks, X cards, and a discussion of the themes and content in the one shot at the beginning of the session to make sure we're all on the same page.
